Laminectomy Surgery - Recover 6 weeks post op.
I recently had a Laminectomy and Decompression Surgery due to having Cauda Equine Syndrome. I won't say it has been easy and it's still not easy but it's getting better.
I am no Doctor but I have been through it and so I thought I might just help a fellow sufferer.
