Here is a little of what to expect after lumbar surgery! It has been a hard ride, I cannot lie.
I am not a Doctor so the information within is purely my opinion.
I was suffering disabling pain and was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis, L4 & L5 and was almost at a stage called Cauda Equina Syndrome.
Surgery was classed as Emergency.
If you are about to go through surgery or have been through it you might get a bit of information from my video to help you get through it. Not all surgeries are the same. Each one is individual and your experience may be different.
