Yuta and Rika, Yuji and Sukuna, tengen and the star vessel, it's the basis of these stories and why as we read the endless knot makes it unsolvable. Sukunas malevolent shrine and cleave are these concepts of just cut the knot solution Alexander the great uses in the Gordian Knot story. Good ending. Everyone survives and dies from old age living a good life and Yuji has become like tengen essentially immortal, or yuji "dies" and comes back as Yuji Itadori the benevolent, good version of sukuna and everyone else survives.

I don't think Yuji is the last finger. Sukuna has strong knowledge about the soul, splitting himself into cursed objects, and where his soul piece is at. Sukuna witnessed Megumi's battle against the finger bearer because obviously his finger (his soul) was there in the curse. He senses what is around him, but if the finger is wrapped in the sealing paper, he is unable to, which is why he suspects (but doesn't know for certain) that Gojo had kept the last finger hidden somewhere. If the last piece of his soul was a part of Yuji, Sukuna would no doubt be able to tell. And I don't think he'd care too much if he lost that 1/20 of his power. He was fine with losing 2/20 of his soul in the prison facility, so losing the last 1/20 wouldn't make that big a deal to him.

In the first domain we ever saw, Sukuna's Malevolent shrine against the special grade, Yuji was in the reflection of the water, with the background blue instead of red like it was with Sukuna. I saw this and thought it was just a cool visual effect. But considering stuff now, it could actually have been a hint at what is to come.

Yuji had hit multiple black flashes during the Shibuya incident and as Yuji soul was broken to such a point Yuji turned his broken soul into anger and hit Mahito with what looked like a super charged black flash as if all the sorrow he experienced came back to that one critical point sending Mahito flying and even making Yuji's immense power so big Mahito a pure curse was scared to actual tears as Yuji in that moment finally realized under the power of "The Zone" he became in that moment the most dangerous sorcerer. I feel that once Yuji does hit Sukuna with one perfect black flash he will die but he might even unlock the power to revive himself much like Gojo did against Toji after all if Sukuna could come back through fingers then Yuji must be the opposite and should be able to fully revive. Possible cope? Maybe? But who knows? In this theory Yuji would revive due to the fact him coming back to life means healing Sukuna's final finger which means Sukuna would survive but go back to a single finger of strength and thus be trapped in Yuji forever and unable to come out as him dying caused the other fingers to be destroyed Sukuna would be sealed in Yuji and due to his extreme levels of cursed energy from over the past battles Sukuna would basically be sealed much like the first finger at the beginning of the story still completing the circle of the story. Sukuna and Yuji would in a way switch places as this theory applies they are twins. Yuji is Sukuna "I am you"

Im thinking his domain can be called Benevolent Spirit or Phantasm Salve. Inside this domain any force that is coated in malice is 100% destroyed/mitigated and promotes healing to the body physically and spiritually(anti mahito domain) or his domain can be called Perpetual Psyche Duress. Inside his domain, the very being of his domain tears his targets soul apart as time continues granting it a sure hit efffect. Coupled with it being unable to be healed from RCT; just an idea though.

I don't think Yuji is the last finger. Sukuna has strong knowledge about the soul, splitting himself into cursed objects, and where his soul piece is at. Sukuna witnessed Megumi's battle against the finger bearer because obviously his finger (his soul) was there in the curse. He senses what is around him, but if the finger is wrapped in the sealing paper, he is unable to, which is why he suspects (but doesn't know for certain) that Gojo had kept the last finger hidden somewhere. If the last piece of his soul was a part of Yuji, Sukuna would no doubt be able to tell. And I don't think he'd care too much if he lost that 1/20 of his power. He was fine with losing 2/20 of his soul in the prison facility, so losing the last 1/20 wouldn't make that big a deal to him.

I feel that Yuji will hit Sukuna with such a devious black flash that he'll unlock the understanding of domain expansion as each time he used it in a critical moment Yuji learns something.
I noticed something weird but this is all theory.
Yuji killed his bothers with a black flash assisted by Nobara allowing Yuji to use his bond with with critical hit to take them out before one could escape and made them liable sorcerers who might have potential to become topped ranked.
Yuji had hit multiple black flashes during the Shibuya incident and as Yuji soul was broken to such a point Yuji turned his broken soul into anger and hit Mahito with what looked like a super charged black flash as if all the sorrow he experienced came back to that one critical point sending Mahito flying and even making Yuji's immense power so big Mahito a pure curse was scared to actual tears as Yuji in that moment finally realized under the power of "The Zone" he became in that moment the most dangerous sorcerer.
I feel that once Yuji does hit Sukuna with one perfect black flash he will die but he might even unlock the power to revive himself much like Gojo did against Toji after all if Sukuna could come back through fingers then Yuji must be the opposite and should be able to fully revive.
Possible cope? Maybe? But who knows?
In this theory Yuji would revive due to the fact him coming back to life means healing Sukuna's final finger which means Sukuna would survive but go back to a single finger of strength and thus be trapped in Yuji forever and unable to come out as him dying caused the other fingers to be destroyed Sukuna would be sealed in Yuji and due to his extreme levels of cursed energy from over the past battles Sukuna would basically be sealed much like the first finger at the beginning of the story still completing the circle of the story.
Sukuna and Yuji would in a way switch places as this theory applies they are twins.

Sukuna has stated that in order for him to evolve he had to get rid of his humanity and when he did it birthed a human that was Sukunas good side. Yuji is not his twin but the other part of sukuna that is the opposite of what sukuna stands for, which is why sukuna has nothing but hate towards yuji.
