It's official the most tragic character in JJK is Jin itadori, man was eaten alive by his own brother. So yuji being the son of sukuna's twin brother, would be the same as being sukuna's son. This also means that if twins have kids with separate people. Their children would technically be cousins, but biologically will be half siblings. Furthermore, if identical twins have kids with identical twins, the children will be biologically 100% full blooded siblings instead of genetic cousins.
Well no, there is a lot of variation that goes on in sperm or egg formation because of the independent assortment of genes and crossing over which means that it's highly unlikely for two individial sperms of one guy to be the same let alone twins.
