- This video is a tour of the USS Voyager map for RPG-X. An older version can be downloaded and played in the Elite Force Holomatch RPG-X mod. Each deck is explored at the following times: Deck 1: 00:35. Deck 2: 02:43. Deck 3: 03:54. Deck 5: 05:50. Deck 8: 07:58. Deck 10: 09:50. Deck 11: 11:58. Deck 15: 14:04. I am using RPG-X Ultimate Edition in this video as the map has not worked for me in Standard Edition in the past. Enjoy and feel free to check out the tours of other ships.

First thing I wouud do is Mod this with high rez meshes and 4k textures,

In a lot of ways the crew by the time S7 rolled around (besides Harry) didn’t really want to go home. Admiral Janeway was so determined to break the rules that she didn't realize that in the end, Voyager was home.

At least when you command the Intrepid Class. USS Aeneas in my case.
Needs an "activate EMH" button. But that's really detailed, although it would be very easy to get lost in. I understand everything looking the same due to sets, but in a lot of large things, like cruise ships and dorm rooms, there are subtle differences to know where you are like the colour of the floors, or different signs. Then again, the whole thing looks kind of confusing but the sound effects are really neat and would help with that.

I always thought it interesting that the Captain's Ready Room on Voyager is much larger than the Enterprise Ready Room. And the Conference Room is so much smaller than Enterprise.
Which Enterprise do you mean? I'd say the Enterprise D Ready Room is about the same size just shaped differently, but the Conference Room should be larger on the later Enterprise's as they're bigger ships so have larger crews.
View screen is to small it seems. But this is really cool.

RPG-X is free to download and play, there's a link to download it in the description. As for original Elite Force, I believe it's now classed as Abandonware (not 100% sure though), but if you would rather buy a physical copy check eBay and Amazon or other websites as you can sometimes find them for a good price.

CBMI6Studios I loved that game, could have been better tho, I think a high budget Star Trek game is due/needed maybe Square enix or something can jump on bored something like dues ex but Star Trek and I don't recommend bringing any characters in like just invent a whole new story arch ship etc but you've got

How to bring a large group of people quickly down into serious depression? Send them out into space on the USS Voyager. The view out of all the windows will be permanently night time and the interior of the ship is completely grey. Would be a bit like living in Aberdeen but with no natural light.
Aberdeen doesn't have holodecks
@@SamuelBlack84 Thats true, and that's why all the Voyager missions would fail because everyone would be almost permanently in the holodecks, and they would all do anything to avoid going back into the dead soul-less grey environment of the Voyager interior.

Your like half way from making a game. Have intense enemy boarding parties to fight like Halo CEs first Pillar of Autumn level. All dialogue from the show. Mad downloads. I’d play for sure!

This *IS* from a game. Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force. If you can find a copy, definitely worth a play. There's a sequel too, set on the Enterprise E

RPG-X is a modification of the game Star Trek Voyager Elite Force, which has a Singleplayer campaign as well as traditional multiplayer. RPG-X's goal was for players to assemble their own crews of actual players instead of using NPC's, and for them to create their own adventures.
It’s too bad Janeway’s coffee wasn’t on the desk in her ready room. I feel like the bridge display was too small.

I think it's about right, just a bit too square. If the bottom was made a little wider then I think it would be about right, but it is tricky to make in a map, I've tried lol.

Are you able to fire the ships weapons? Can you activate the Doctor in sickbay?
You can fire phasers and photon torpedos at the Tactical station on the Bridge, but no you can't activate the EMH as it's a role-playing map so a player would act as him instead. Thanks for watching :)
Where is the secret area of the shuttle bay where all the extra shuttles are hidden?
The door across from janeways ready room is supposed to be the conference room. I know this because of season 5 episode 2 (I think)of when the malon freighter was releasing radition into the void you can see chakotay coming out of the room and back onto the bridge.
That is indeed the Conference Room, however some of the textures aren't quite accurate to the sets on the show so some places look a bit strange. Overall it's still a great map and one of my favourites.

@@socomsfinest1184 I go to enter the Conference Room at 0:58 and then the Ready Room opposite at 1:20. Hope that helps :)

Where about's in the Ready Room is that located in the show? I've never noticed it but there are a few things the map doesn't have due to the limitations of the game and the map being in a beta stage.

You can if there are other players (not NPC's) who are using Borg player models.

RPG-X is an unofficial mod of Star Trek Voyager - Elite Force. The Voyager map was made by players for the mod. Hope that helps :)
How do I set up a multiplayer server so that my friends can join?
I've never tried it so don't know for sure, but it might require port forwarding if your friends are joining using the internet. I'm sure there are tutorials out there for setting a server up though, try searching "the last outpost rpg-x server setup" or something along those lines. Thanks for watching :)
Dude why didnt you eject the core
It would have stopped the warp flight which I like to see out of the windows lol, but I did think about.
I always thought Voyager's viewscreen was just a bit bigger
I think the size is about right but it is a little too square, that's how it was made in the original game maps.

Sadly not, but there are a couple of other RPG-X maps that do have working Holodecks, I can't remember what they're called off the top of my head though sorry.

@@DiamondSquidAmy Nope, RPG-X is designed for other players to make up the crew.
Wonder if they've received their C&D order from CBS legal yet..
I think RPG-X is one game that is safe from that. UberGames who are the developers of RPG-X got permission from all the companies (Paramount, Raven, etc) to release the game as standalone and not just a mod for Voyager Elite Force, so I wouldn't expect any issues to arise. Thanks for watching :)
Awe. I wanted to see the crew!😁 is it just me or is the view screen a little...small?
I would love to be able to add the crew as NPC's but unfortunately that's not possible (to my knowledge at least), so you can only feature a crew if you have a lot of friends who can role play as them. Also I agree with you on the viewscreen, I've always thought the shape was a bit off somehow but couldn't quite put my finger on it. Thanks for watching :)
Stage 9 looks so much better
Stage 9 uses a much newer engine with models which allows it to be more accurate than the Quake 3 engine which RPG-X uses, however Stage 9 only features Enterprise D whereas RPG-X has many different ships and locations that are playable.

You mean when you look down at the floor? Yeah that's always bothered me, why they got rid of the First Person look I don't know lol, it was fine how it was in Elite Force I think, but doesn't ruin the fun at all. You can always play in Third Person and then it's fine lol

This is from Star Trek Voyager Elite Force, a Star Trek FPS from almost 20 years ago. If you can find a copy, it's definitely worth a play.
As both the title and description state, the game is RPG-X, which is a modification by Ubergames for Star Trek Voyager Elite Force by Raven. You can download RPG-X for free at last-outpost.net/dl as for the map, it was created by the users AdmiralKathrynJaneway, Jordan, and SciSeven.

you couldv simply named it "Star Trek voyager elite force Tour: USS Voyager"
RPG-X is classed as a separate game despite using Elite Force as a template, and many maps such as this one only work with the standalone game and not the Voyager mod, which is why it's titled as it is.
Enterprise D bridge sound?!
It's the sound included with the map, but I believe both ships had the same ambient sound for the Bridges in the show. Feel free to direct me to a clip or something if it was indeed different :)

Yay! Got it working. I can move around in what appears to be a Klingon ship. Is there a full working model of different ships that can be downloaded? Thanx.
Which version did you install? If you installed Ultimate Edition then you can "move around" about 100 maps, if you installed Standard Edition I'm not sure how many are included, but for the Voyager map I show you here, you need to press the ` key (under escape) when on the main menu and type "map rpg_voy4" without quotes. Also some of the maps are only in alpha or beta stages, so are not always the complete ships.
I did download Ultimate version. I managed to get on Voyager using your tip, thanks so much, only to open shuttle bay doors and get myself ejected out into space. lol.

To show something whether that be a feature, object or level details, but yes he's okay lol.
Can I play offline and how? There is no online server.
Yes, just install the game, click Online Roleplay, then Create Server, then choose the map, then click Engage and you're good to go. Thanks for watching :)

I was only running the map to tour the ship, there are servers out there but I don't think they get that many people on them unfortunately.
If I were assigned to those crappy shared quarters I'd be well pissed off!

Sadly Microsoft have killed of Elite Force off on Windows 10. Can only play Elite Force 2 with some tweaks here and there.

I don't, the chair on the left (if you are stood at the Viewscreen facing the back of the Bridge) is the Captain's which you can remember as it's on the same side as the Ready Room.

Dark, grey color interior palette for the most part. Contrast that to Enterprise D.
I prefer it to the Galaxy Class as I think it's more military like and what a spaceship should be, but I like the red carpet on Galaxy Class.
lol..... beige was pretty big in the late 70's and 80's, as far as interior designs went. Even CPU cases at the time were all beige! Bleh! >_< As much as I loved the TNG series more than any other, as that was the one I really grew up with, I do prefer the interior color schemes/motifs from either the NX-01 Enterprise or the '09-'16 Enterprise. The 1701-E was nice though. But I'd like to see somebody do a redress of the interiors of either the 1701-D or 1701-E.... in either Voyager's or JJ Enterprise's motifs (just for fun).
Yeah "beige is the future!" now it's known as "dated" XD. That would be interesting to see, do you mean like just swapping the textures as that's easy enough for the maps.
