No. It drops from Prometium Lockboxes... but you have more chance to win the lottery then to get it from Promethium Lockboxes. Your best option is to buy it on the Broker.

@@Black-xt8xb I can tell you the gear and color codes first color is 0065FF and it should be a blue second color is 0F0F0F maybe there o's but idk 3rd is 000000 4th is 000000 the gear is for helmet Black Flash Cowl emblem is flash (obviously) hands are scion of ion waist is high density tactical belt chest is qwardian fighter legs are high density tactical pants and that's what I use

You don't have to go to the Watchtower to get that style now you can go to the house of legend to get it

Isn’t there a mission that drops it? Because I have a couple pieces and I never paid sources for it.
Promethium lockboxes might drop it? But there are like 800 sty;es in the lockboxes. So the odds of getting the style you want are very slim.

You can get it with source marks being a free player in a vendor of the watchtower at the exchanger,i know because i have it.

You can't buy episodes anymore. You will get them for FREE with the next DLC.
