@@notthemoviethe other method is to know a hero or villain that has a character glitched in the Hall of Doom or watchtower and have them invite you to group and you should be able to access the villain teleporter to the hall of Doom as a hero and the hero teleporter for villains for the watchtower

for the speed force glitch, you can also use the tornado ability and double jump and it will work
The zoom thing as well (sorry for posting again) but you can just hold L1 and R1 without adjusting settings and use the D-pad to go back and forth.

It's the kryptonian Flexsuit with Scale Chroma Pack on it. There's also Scale Material, but that one's colour locked.

Can you show how to get villains in the Watchtower and heroes in HoD?
The only way I know is to complete an "Operation mission" with the other faction. Once the mission is done, the game will send you to their base.
