Congrats to Malcolm, well deserved. I also just want to point out how important Ernie is to the show, he commands respect and actually follows the script keeping the show on track. The guys (especially Chuck) have a hard time not cutting in early, but Ernie knows when to shut it down gracefully in order to keep the flow of the conversations. The other guy who fills in for Ernie gets walked all over 😅 It gets embarrassing and pretty annoying, you can tell the guys respect Ernie though. Such a great cast when all four are present. Candice, Dwayne, Jamal, and that other dude can just have their own show fr. This crew is where it's at.
For Adam- yeah, I’d say it’s near impossible to command the respect Ernie has given that Ernie’s been a part of TNT for like 40 years.
People don't understand how much he sacrificed coming here you got other players that are on the same caliber as him that won't dare become a 6th man and he had no problems with it he realized Hey I wanna win a championship this is my best scenario im focused on the bigger 📷 🖼 🏆

Malcolm Brogdon is really a legit starter in the NBA. He's really taking a lesser role to help this team win a championship. I'm not surprised he won this because he can hoop no matter if he starts or not.

He really wasn't though, on any level. Quickley started 21 games, over a quarter of the season. Brogdon started zero, beat Quickley in every statline across the board, and did so with less minutes per game.

Quickly started many many games. Brogdon deserves it much more.
With all due respect to IQ, not 1% of people in the basketball world would consider this a rob, Brogdon had a better season starting every single game off the bench, IQ played over 1/4 of the season in the starting lineup. If you want to argue IQ being better or played the season better than Brogdon, you’re still wrong but even more wrong when you factor in that this is an award for the best 6th man.
