it would be more convenient to mount the fuse box upside down to get at the fuses easy. good vid tho! good shot of the eurolines thos rims look sick on the 240
does anyone else realize how many times he says "basically" in one video?
Look at the cracked window as an opportunity. With the windshield taken out you can have another angle to work on the dash. Or even make mounting a cage easier. Keep up the good work dude.

If you have an s13 DO NOT use this video as help because you absolutely do not have to cut the wires i felt so stupid after doing this and realized you could tuck it in the dash as one whole piece after all.

Don't worry windows are relatively cheap and when you get a cage they have to take it out
next time before you cut out on on piece of tape write the number ones have side and cut through the middle with siscors

check car-part.com for a used windshield. the install shouldnt be too crazy
When youre fixing those rust spots you'll want to use a weld-thru primer before welding to prevent rust from coming back. Not sure what type of primer you used on the patches, but an etch primer will also help the rust from coming back, and last you could top it with POR-15 or maybe add some access holes to shoot oil in there a few times a year and the rust shouldn't come back

Don't be mad. I just broke my brand new $600 carbon hood that I just bought for my 98 240sx. I was so mad I just parked my car (under a cover) and haven't seen it for like a week.

you know you can pull the harness thru the firewall and not have to cut anything....right............?
just for future reference they make wire markers. (Brady Labels) its a booklet of stickers that you can wrap around wire and help id them. (electricians use them all the time) they can be purchased at most hardware stores.

greenpat01 there are insulted wires like an antenna wire is there is layers to 1 wire. and with that type you can't just cut n soldier them back together. now I wasn't thinking this was an s14 harness but if my s13 had it I imagine the 14 did to

I'm sure you found this out by now, but theres actually quite a few sliced wires in the section you shortened
u could just remove all that wiring and run u a switch panel with relays for what u want to run,.

you should sand blast a whole car and that way you could cleanly weld up every rust spot
