- 1. Put the extender in the middle between your router and the dead zone you want to extend.
2. Wait for the 2 lights on the right.
3. Connect extender SSID. Advice chooses 5G to set. (wifi-5G-XXXX)
4. Sign in to the management page, enter 192.168.188.1
Or Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox recommended
5. Enter the default password: admin. Scan and select host router SSID
6. Set your Extender SSID and password
7. Wait for 30-40s until the led light is on.
8. Reconnect extender wifi.(XXwifi-pro-5G)

Tip for people who can’t get it to work: after you reset the extender remember to push the button again to actually activate it. I totally forgot😂

@officialblueshadow the settings won't work because after the connection is made with the expander there's no internet so I cannot go on a browser. I even attached data connection and it still doesn't switch over. I felt as if I wasted my money
Where can I find the reset button? The instructions say it's on the bottom. But I only find ethernet plugs. The wifi coming from the extender is password protected. Not the admin/admin you use after connected. But when choosing 2.4 or 5g connections.

Press and hold the reset button on the side of your router THEM REPEAT THE STEPS.
The router light should blink back to 1 light and the router name should change once the router reset.

So we had this connected to our old modem and now I'm trying to connect it to the new modem and it won't work I tried resetting it and it still won't work any help would be great
I don't know if this will help but once you reset the unit, tap the reset button again. Then just hit the WPS button on your routing and see if it connects.
both 2.5g and 5g lights turn on but not the third light and it won’t allow ethernet internet access what should i do
Hit the reset button one more time, don't hold it, just tap it then hit the WPS button on your router. Should connect automatically.

If you previously had it connected and you're reconnecting it to the same network follow these steps.

If you see that tap the reset button one more time. The top light should start blinking. 3. Tap the WPS button on your router. The wifi extender should automatically connect.

Well the one I bought is a glorified nightlight that does nothing but emit a shitty signal that does nothing and does not connect to my wifi even though it says it does, I’m debating weather or not to get a refund or see how long it will last when I slam it against a wall several times

Try putting the extender in different spots in your house. Closest to the router or closest to your PlayStation isn't necessarily the best spot.

what if everything seems to go smoothly until when the time runs out on that last page of connecting the extender and it suppose to have the third light turn on but instead my light does not come on and I get an error message when the time runs out like "this site can't be reached?"

My password was wrong or whatever so I change my password and then reset the extender and reconnected it and it worked
