    Insightful Illustrated Explanation in a Non-Technical Simple Mode.
    Sir , Plz may I know, which is the ideal position to position Knob of Thermostat , is it towards '+' clockwise direction or in middle.

    • @filipklacak9161
      @filipklacak9161 10 месяцев назад

      The thermostat has the markings + • and ••. It is best to set it between + and • because in that position the water heats up to a high enough temperature, and it does NOT heat up to too high a temperature, which prevents the risk of someone being seriously burned by hot water.

    🙋🙋🙋🥰🥰👏👏 Bună seara! Felicitări! Sunt român și nu știam să fac testul de continuitate a unui termostat. Am învățat Cum să fac testul de continuitate a unui termostat datorita dumneavoastră. Nubștiam că trebuie făcută puncte de legătură între cele două capete ce intră în rezistență și cu sondele puse pe conexiunile de alimentare Fază și Nul! Vă mulțumesc din inimă că am învățat ceva pentru cultura mea generală sănătate și numai bine! 🙋🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏

    Very good video! I have quick question. Do you know the temperature settings in degrees Celsius on the dial? It has a - to + curve (from left to right) and the a single dot and a double dot. Do you know what they mean? And the temperature at each level?

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  Год назад +2

      working temperature minimum 20 degree to 90 degree celsius
      and maximum safety temperature 120 degree
      st starting of the curve it must be 20 degree
      and it must disconnect when the temperature reaches at 90 degree (that will end of the curve)

    My geyser no cutting off even kept at lowest setting. A new thermostat also same problem. I tested outside similar to you by multi meter and heating the rod outside, both old and new thermostat working well and cutting off once heated. What could be the problem. I feel rod itself not getting the exact heat from the water. When I touch the rod immediately after removing from hot geyser, it feels warm but not as hot as the water.

    Setting of Thermostat to cut off at lower temperature is possible ?

  • @jasonmerkji
    @jasonmerkji 2 года назад

    Taank you sir. One question:
    what is the hysteresis/control accuracy for such thermostat? Can such thermostat maintain the temperature range within 1 degree of accuracy. Say if I want temp between 59 to 60 only, can it turn on at 59 and cut off at 60 ?

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  2 года назад

      best regards
      dear
      these are analog thermostat which give estimated temperature control. because these use gas filled tube to activate electrical contacts. so no accuracy can be confirmed, as it is subjected gas expansion in the tue, gas quantity and thermal conductivity of the tube body
      if you want temperature accuracy to maintain at a specific temperature. so you must use electronic thermostat or digital thermostat (as Geyserwise products i.e. Geyserwise Max
      Geyserwise TSE) or other related brands

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  2 года назад

      heater is short circuit internally
      you have to replace it
      because the heating element is concealed in the metal part , but after passage of time the outer metal gets damaged due to water contamination and oxides so water enters in the heating element so it provides electrical shock
      please replace it
