    We glue the conduit to the tombstone and the drive a piece of rebar into the ground and put conduit over the rebar. Never have tombstones blow away any more

    Nice idea. If you used standard spacings for all of your tombstones, you could drill a piece of timber to be a guide when hammering the stakes into the ground. Maybe it could have several holes to suit the different spacings.

    What kind of tool do you use to turn the pipes into stakes on one end?

      Miter saw.

    i mean. you could just use garden stakes. drive it into the ground and the other end into the gravestone

      Absolutely. I just like how snug the pipe is when it's going through the conduit straps, there's not a lot of "play" in it. But yeah, you could use stakes, dowels, rebar, any number of things.
