Thank you Soo much. I replace my tail light bulb and used "your video" as guidance (success). Again, thank you, for showing me how easy it is to do these costly "self-abled" task. Peace.
Thank you! I was a little intimidated when I tried to figure it out in my own, and this made me realize it's as easy as I thought, just like a little different.
Thank-you for your help. And everytime i work on my Escape i curse on the engineers who thought that it was a good idea to built a car like this. Pain in azz every time i work on it. Even the simple battery change is an hour job 😢. I dont even wanna talk about the coolent reservoir cap and engine oil filter place. 😞

You could try to carefully use a screwdriver or pry tool to pry it out in a couple spots. Just make sure if you do something like this to put a rag in between the tool and the metal of the fender to protect from scratches. It’s tricky, but not impossible.
Thanks for the detailed explanation; especially which size tool to use. I now am confident that I can do this. :)

Its really as easy as he says. It may be a little hard to pop it off if it has been closed for several years.
Sweet! Thanks for the tutorial! I'll be checking the other videos out to help my GF with her Ford Escape. 🙂👍

You didn’t mention what bulb to get

To err is to be human.
Definitely double check what needs to be replaced before doing all the work. Hahah
You didn't mention that plastic knob on the front. That could be easily broken off.
Tbh, I don’t even know what plastic knob you are talking about.

Great video. Terrible engineering. Getting those two snaps out from a car with 180K miles was painful.
Thanks a bunch from an idiot.😊❤😮
Don’t see the need for two latex gloves. Or one for that matter
Pretty sure I was wearing two before this when I was working on something else and then one ripped so I took it off.
Getting the light assembly out is impossible. Will not break free. Thanks Ford engineers. Idiots.
