Thanks for the detailed explanation; especially which size tool to use. I now am confident that I can do this. :)

Thank-you for your help. And everytime i work on my Escape i curse on the engineers who thought that it was a good idea to built a car like this. Pain in azz every time i work on it. Even the simple battery change is an hour job 😢. I dont even wanna talk about the coolent reservoir cap and engine oil filter place. 😞

Definitely double check what needs to be replaced before doing all the work. Hahah

@@TheBurnoutShow on the side under the lamp. It looks like you'd have to be careful not to break that thing off. Maybe not?? I guess I'll see when I do this. I did appreciate your video.

Great video. Terrible engineering. Getting those two snaps out from a car with 180K miles was painful.

Getting the light assembly out is impossible. Will not break free. Thanks Ford engineers. Idiots.

You could try to carefully use a screwdriver or pry tool to pry it out in a couple spots. Just make sure if you do something like this to put a rag in between the tool and the metal of the fender to protect from scratches. It’s tricky, but not impossible.
