After 4 amazing years in Boon Keng, it's time for a new chapter in Outram! In this video, I take you on a tour of our new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The space is smaller than our previous place, but the location is unbeatable, and we even have a balcony with a gorgeous sea view 🌊.
I’ll also explain why we had to move (spoiler: we couldn’t renew our lease) and share some tips on moving in Singapore, from navigating the housing market to settling into a new neighborhood.

Yes. Outram is a good location. Convenient. The view is fantastic. You will get lots of wind come during the hottest period of the year which is the South West Monsoon.

just curious why the need for expats to stay in condo? why not save more than $1k by staying in HDB? food and other essentials also more accessible compared to some condo. If its because of the facilities, how often have you use them in your old place for the past 4 years?

Personally, I use the facilities (pool, gym, bbq, tennis court) and the balcony on a regular basis (maybe 3/4 times a week) so I just prefer it this way!
Money is not always the concern (like save as much as you can) - you have to spend it wisely on what please you!
