The Church of England closes about 20 churches a year. Roughly 200 Danish churches have been deemed nonviable or underused. The Roman Catholic Church in Germany has shut about 515 churches in the past decade.
But it is in the Netherlands where the trend appears to be most advanced. The country’s Roman Catholic leaders estimate that two-thirds of their 1,600 churches will be out of commission in a decade, and 700 of Holland’s Protestant churches are expected to close within four years.

As a Christian I gotta say this view is excellent - never complain, always accept. It's similar to how we view Jesus - when he died on the cross it's a message that symbolizes exactly this. I know Muslims don't believe in the crucifixion of Isa but that's exactly why I picked it. I wanted to demonstrate that we have the same core belief. What Muslims believe with Islam meaning "the surrender" to God, we believe in Jesus saying "Take your cross, deny thyself and follow me" as in accept whatever life/God gives you and let your ego (complaints/opinions about it) go.
