Cela consiste à fermer légèrement les yeux au moment où l'arc de soudure est généré pour se protéger des étincelles, mais cela ne remplace pas un masque de soudage complet. You must wear safety gogles during welding process, if you think is saving time, you're loosing health, you should have vision troubles sooner than you expect. Take care yourself, no job deserves to you loose health.

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  Год назад +3

      You're absolutely right. Safety should always be the top priority when it comes to any kind of work, especially welding. Welding can produce harmful sparks, intense light, and fumes that can be hazardous to the eyes and overall health. Wearing safety goggles or a welding helmet with the appropriate filter is essential to protect one's eyes from potential damage.
      Taking shortcuts in safety measures can lead to severe consequences, including eye injuries and long-term health issues. It's crucial for anyone involved in welding or any other hazardous work to prioritize safety and use the proper protective equipment to minimize risks.
      Thank you for emphasizing the importance of safety, and I completely agree with your advice to take care of one's health and well-being while on the job.

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hello, you have observed carefully. The gray panels are usually exterior accessories with original primer. The black panels are painted with a layer of paint on the outside of the primer to match the black car, but sometimes other colors are also used on the car body.

    how much time do you have to work on the car to fix?

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  Год назад +1

      The amount of time it takes to repair a car depends on several factors, including the extent of the damage, the availability of replacement parts, the skill and experience of the technician, and the specific repair procedures required. In the video shown, the repair process was quite extensive and involved repairing and replacing various damaged components of the car.
      A repair of this magnitude, involving structural and cosmetic repairs, can take several days or even weeks to complete, depending on the workload and the resources available to the technician or repair shop. Skilled technicians often follow a systematic approach, including disassembly, repair, replacement, welding, painting, and reassembly, which all contribute to the overall repair time.
      It's worth noting that some repairs, especially those involving complex structural damage or frame repair, may require specialized equipment and training. Additionally, waiting for replacement parts, especially for older or less common vehicles, can add to the overall repair time.
      For a more precise estimate of the repair time for a specific vehicle, it's advisable to consult with a professional auto repair technician or body shop. They can assess the damage, provide a detailed repair plan, and offer an estimate of the time and cost involved in the repair process.

      You bring up a valid point. When a car sustains extensive damage, both in terms of structural and cosmetic issues, the repair process can be time-consuming and costly. It's important to carefully evaluate whether the investment in repairs is justified, especially if the car's value is significantly lower than the combined cost of parts and labor.

      あなたの指摘は正しいです。事故車を修理しても、元の新車のボディ強度を完全に回復させることは難しい場合があります。事故後の修理により、ボディの強度や安全性が変わることがあるため、事故車の修理後も新車と同じ安全性を提供できない場合があります。そのため、事故車を購入する際には十分な検査と評価が必要であり、修理が適切に行われたかどうかを確認することが重要です。安全性に関する疑念がある場合は、専門家の意見を仰ぐことがおすすめです。
