Well is it true that he has a lot to prove but he's track record as councilor is a good start of hope, that he's the change Pasig has been waiting for so long. He raise awareness about the poverty on the east part of pasig where in the previous mayor is afraid of talking about.
Since he was a councilor he had already proven himself. But today, he was proved himself really really well as a mayor. He had already done so many good things in that 'short' period of time. Hands down to him, I'm so proud to be a Pasigueño. I'm so glad that he is our mayor.

I grew up a Pasiguena and lived in US for almost 30 years. Coming back with the same mayor for 2 decades, knowing and seeing poverty all over Pasig with rampant drug issues are very sad and disheartening. Now there is hope and change and I salute this brave, young intelligent leader who in God’s grace will plant good seeds in Pasig. Good luck and congratulations!
