He is indeed a breath of fresh air in our government, specifically in the LGU. I just think people associated him too much on the Sotto side where in fact most of his influence is on his mother's side (values, faith, interest in government from his kuya) based on his interviews. Those who were shouting that Eusebio was cheated are those uneducated Pasiguenos who have benefited from Eusebio- led corruption throughout their 25 years of existence. Pasig is wealthy but the influx of poor people from other areas have been capitalised by the Eusebios. I hope Pasig will improve in its socioeconomic policies and the persistent problem of traffic.

Un na nga ang tanong- biruin ninyo 8 Billion pesos pala ang budget ng Pasig alone. Where did it go noong dating administrasyon. Bakit parang wala yatang mga programa ag projects na para sa mga taga-Pasig? Saan napupunta at saan ginagasta yung ganoong kalaking budget. Sana lang si Sotto gamitin niya ng tama ang pinagaralan niya at kapangyarihan niya bilang Mayor. Dapat ang mga mamayan informed tulad ng ginagawa ni Sotto ngayon- sa budget ng lungsod, sa mga proyekto ng lungsod, etc. para mayroon baseline ang mga tao kung tama ba ang paggamit ng kaban ng lungsod at nakikinabang ba ang mga tao ng Pasig... kasi pera ng mamamayan yan kaya dapat ang mga ordinaryong tao rin responsable na i-monitor ang kanilang city government by being aware sa mga plano ng mayor nila.

Sa tagal na nakaupo ni Ex mayor Eusebio wala ng improvement ang Pasig. Puro ganun na lang paulit ulit, taon taon. Kaya napagod na din ang mga Pasigueno sa paulit ulit.
