I love that your having this convo but i've heard SOOO many bad stories of people (usualy women) sending pics to someone they think they can trust (even someone they are married to) and then later on those nudes being posted online or shared with people. So for me its always always going to be a hard NO!
Understandable, also, as an aside for anyone who do get their pictures maliciously leaked, if they have taken the pictures themselves, get in gear and register the copyrights, then issue DMCA takedowns and sue for copyright infringement. Nothing is ever totally private. You are always at risk of being hacked, having your photos stolen or looked at by someone else, even if you and your consenting partner are keen to keep them a secret. Just bear in mind that once a photo is online or made digital, it exists out there and is no longer entirely under your direct control. Scary as that is, it's a reality you have to be prepared to understand. Leaks happen.
Which is why it's sadly more effective to use copyright law as default to go after hackers, user porn sites or vindictive exes than sex crime laws as the latter is pathetically enforced to the point of often causing additional psychological trauma to the victim while copyright law is draconically enforced due to corporate lobbying.
Im watching a murder trial right now and the wife (whos presumed deseased, no body found) was sending nudes with someone that wasn't her husband. It saved to the icloud. Now the entire law enforcement and fbi have these nudes. They are at the preliminary stage and showed one that blurred the chest. Her husband (whos the accused killer), her two young adult daughters and her brother. All witnessed this.

Lighting tip for low body confidence days or when you want to look sexy, but not show everything: Turn off the light and light only one candle! I have one candle on my nightstand that is excellent lighting to show off my curves, but not show all the details beyond the outline. Also, sex toys with buttons that light up can be very fun and sexy to incorporate! Do keep in mind that this is NOT a great way to be anonymous, because a lot of detail can be recovered if someone edits the photos.
Try taking a video, trying different poses, and then look through the frames of the video to find the best images. P.s. Whatsapp has a one-time-view setting for images. Press the little one next to the send button.
thank you for this video. wish i had known about this earlier. just got out of a relationship where i was always subtly pressured into sending photos/showing my body on video call even when i wasn't feeling very comfortable or safe about it. i wasn't firm enough and didn't know how to say no and gave into it a lot of the time, which didn't feel good at all. the relationship also didn't end well so i just hope that person doesn't spread it or post it anywhere.
So I actually have a lot of fun with this sort of stuff because, and this may sound strange, to me nudes are actually kind of boring. I'll ask my friend/SO or whatever what they're doing, get things going casually to make sure I'm not asking to send or receive at an inappropriate time. If it's not a good time, cool the conversation doesn't end just because sexy stuff can't happen. Where it gets fun is when they're out on the town or something, then I ask them what they're wearing. Most of them would start having fun at that point, giving me a good description of *almost* every article of clothing they're wearing, then they'd sneak off somewhere to take a quick selfie so I can see. I'd compliment their outfit, specifying what I like about it then wait for their response before asking "What about underneath that?", meaning lingerie and such, if any. Sometimes they'd describe it, sometimes they'd say "I'll have to show you later" to tease me, and other times they'd sneak off somewhere private to show me. If they either described it or told me I'd have to wait, I'd ask if they want any selfies of me and specify SFW or NSFW then send them a couple based on their answer, of course teasing them was lots of fun too. Regarding some other matters of consent, I was always asked not to share the nudes with anyone. I never did and I tried to make my answer to that playful, but also to the point. Usually I say something to the degree of "I'm way too selfish to do that." That typically got some nice responses too.
Don't send them via Facebook messages! They have bots that monitor the chat and will ban your account, will no option to complain. I speak from personal experience (with my gf).

And finds wierd that I randomly share photos of me when having fun if I like the picture as I usually don't like serious photos of myself and when I do I share them with the ones I care most about because I'd like them to share a nice moment with me even if its online.

A note on copyright. Ownership is not carved in stone, it can be handed over be it in advance (like when someone hires a photographer for their wedding) or afterwards. This handover doesn't have to include payment. And at least here (Sweden) formally a spoken contract is binding but how to prove it? So if you want to share photos just write down a mutual agreement of who will be owning the rights. As a hobby photographer I now and then ponder to try nude photography and here is how I plan to handle that (if I collect the courage to ask someone). 0: Have a contract with states that the photos will belong to them in full and that any use of them must be with their written permit, my only right is to be quoted as photographer (if they choose to publish/sell). It will also include the following points: 1: Ask them to bring a friend (if they want). Also good with an assistant! 2: Send money so they can buy a suitable storage for the camera. 3: Only use the above storage during the shoot (no internal storage eg no phone!). 4: Look through and discuss (technical quality) the photos together. 5: Let them take the storage with them 6: If they please I'd appreciate if they will send me copies for memory/reference not to be shared with anyone without explicit permission.

I don't understand why someone would send a nude.. just doesn't make sense to me. Especially when you are dating! School girls sending nudes to early on boyfriend's who send it to their friend's and it goes on. Happened all the time until police steps in and files crime committed. The only way I would or my wife would never be sent. Someone could use it for a life time and cause heart ache and really unexpected results from it. I honestly don't mind getting it because I don't actually have interest in it or would it be used against the person but really it can be in the wrong hands be really bad and the outcome can be death by suicide. Sadly.
My take from a safety perspective: * Use only end-to-end encrypted messangers (e.g. Signal) * Require them to keep only one copy, ideally NOT on their terribly unsecure phone and defintely not "in the cloud" * If you keep copies for yourself, use encryption (e.g. Veracrypt), or at least some kind of separate password protection for access. Ideally your partner does the same, if they are technically savvy enough * Always swap so one partner doesn't have unequal power over the other * Be prepared for the photos to be leaked on the internat anyway

Were you under 18 when the photos/vids were recorded? If so, you could contact them and make them aware that if they have any such pictures/video, demand to witness them destroy the data in person or you will notify the police that they have produced and are in possession of child pornography... Or just skip the step of demanding to witness destruction of the data and just notify the police directly. If you were over 18 at the time, try to find out your country/state laws on non consentual intimate photography. If unable to find that info yourself, find and ask a lawyer.
It's just one thing about sending nudes if you erase them off your phone they're still in cyberspace and anyone could get those pictures a relative your boss so personally I wouldn't send a nudie to anyone
Then just take the pictures and keep them for your own enjoyment until you find someone that has proven trustworthy and you want to show your nudes to :)
Also, keep them on a physical memory device that isn't integrated into a communication device. Keep it physically offline as much as possible. An old school digital camera without Wi-Fi or sim-card is a suggestion.

If so, you could contact them and make them aware that if they have any such pictures/video, demand to witness them destroy the data in person or you will notify the police that they have produced and are in possession of child pornography...
Or just skip the step of demanding to witness destruction of the data and just notify the police directly.
If you were over 18 at the time, try to find out your country/state laws on non consentual intimate photography. If unable to find that info yourself, find and ask a lawyer.
Check if you can make a Data Access Request in your country and file it against the person to see if they have it

It's just one thing about sending nudes if you erase them off your phone they're still in cyberspace and anyone could get those pictures a relative your boss so personally I wouldn't send a nudie to anyone
