Good thing it's a conventional auto and not a CVT. My mom has a 2004 Murano and while there hasn't been any issues with the CVT (knock on wood), I fear that there will be someday, costing thousands to fix it. I'm considering one of these as my next car because it would likely be cheaper on maintenance than most luxury cars. I'd love a 97-01 Q45 but it would definitely be more high maintenance and worse on gas being a V8. good video Cam, I don't see too many on I35s on RUclips.

Yea it's a great first car I don't see anything wrong with it I do prefer Lexus over Infiniti though
I will chose this over the Lexus because older Lexus has timing belt that you have to change every 50,000 miles and the i35 and some older Infiniti has a chain

Actually my goal isn't to be saabkyle his reviews are more for car enthusiasts than consumers as mine are more for consumers his reviews also arent biased as mine are and his videos are really long and consumers want to just know the straight facts and not know other information that most don't care for.

G35 is more sporty and the I35 is more luxury in terms of size inside the cabin I35 is a tad bigger and peformance G35 wins on that one.

@@blackcanyongarage no my 99 i30 is longer and wider than my cousins 2020 sentra and faster where you get sentra from lol? Its literally just a maxima but more luxury with infiniti name instead of Nissan. Just like the 350z and g35. look it up same engine trans frame suspension everything
@@toostltoo81727 2000 - 2006 nissan Sentra. Has the same door cards, interior door handles, and dimensions. It's literally the same interior, except leather and faux wood grain. I've taken apart enough to see the similarities. People even swap the 3.5 from the altima and maxima into the sentra, and all the mounts work straight across. I'm actually curious as to why the sentra didn't just get a 3.5 motor, but having this luxury version shows why that didn't happen.
@@blackcanyongarage No the I30-I35 IS a Maxima. Tyrece Belton is also correct about the 350-370z's being the same as the G35- G37. The sentra platform then and now have zero relation to this Infinity. Same switchgear ie. buttons, knobs ect. do not make the same car. NOW.....4 the positivity , u clearly have determination and product knowledge so run with that it'll take you far(just triple check facts my friend).✌

I have this car the 04 I hate it! Seats are hard, the turning radius is abysmal! I mean it turns like a bus. It burns oil really fast, looked it up turns out it's common for the year. Mine only has a tilt telescope. Shocks are stiff. Got it for a great price. On the plus side it's really roomy and powerful
Weird that you'd get racing/ expensive suspension and bushing yet be very upset by that. Get an old caprice with marshmallow susp then. Odd guy forsure.
@@buddyguy4062 uhhh i sold this car to my friend 2 years ago and got a ford cmax. The car was odd to me since all my cars before it were honda. Like it was not sporty or luxury it was a weird hybrid. Never the less i took great car of it and the engine never failed.

Presentation is key and the presentation was horrible. Car is dirty, stuff everywhere, like come on dude. The car itself is actually pretty nice for a 10+ year old car.
