Guys, we all know Raj deserved to be number one, and that Gordon eliminated him purely based on jealousy. - He made the moon appear while drunk - His way of doing even the simplest things like cutting parsley and rolling a pizza dough were beyond human understanding. Mastering the Way of the Mangoose sure did help. - The technic of the Karate-Salmon allowed him to cook garnish and soles faster than light. The only drawback is that it burns a tremendous amount of energy, forcing the user to eat fish to recover it. Plus, the user can quickly overheat, meaning he needs to cool down his head in the fridge in order to use it again. Man, I'd love to see him again Tavon, a battle of the Executive Chefs!
What about Matt from S4? He was a true culinarian, his exotic tartare was one of the best signature dishes in the show's history. He just didn't win because of his migraine, I think he was eliminated so he could watch out for his health, but he was way better than everyone else left in the competition
Josh is the real GOAT of Hell’s kitchen: - He is the primary example of “How did this guy manage to get this far” - He manage to pull it out with so many shit services - His literal personal performances he could hide it with Rock carrying him. HE MADE ROCK CARRY HIM TO 5TH PLACE - HE CANT COOK AND STILL MANAGE TO GET TO BLACK JACKET - HE SINGLE HANDEDLY EXPLOITED THE RULES to get this far - He even got roasted at the final service with Rock saying “Look bro , you just suck”. - Also he give us one of the most memorable “elimination during service” moment. Gotta give him props to push Gordon buttons
You had me so excited at the beginning. And even when you showed Lacey at the start, I thought you were talking about Danny. Really got me there Flynn. Nicely done
He may have won Season 10 (What chances did Christina have against an Executive Chef?), he's still outclassed by Raj. But he deserved an honorable mention nonetheless.
he was so good that chef had to announce him the winner despite the fact that he didn’t even want to cook, he was so good that he didn’t even have to try
How about Jason from season 4? His cooking skills were so spectacular that Gordon could only bang his head in disbelief. He took constant breaks and avoided working too hard, showing wisdom about his limits. Finally, he was so charismatic that he could insult women all day, yet have the hotties Corey and Christina beg him to take his clothes off. Truly a chef that participated in Hell’s Kitchen.
Chrissa was pretty legendary if I do say so myself. Blew us all away with her creativity by encrusting a chicken breast with ginger cookies. She also showed maturity by asking Chef if she can use the bathroom.
How could you forget the true GOAT Matthew from Season 20? From a shit sack in shrimp, to raw chicken, to raw lamb, and an attitude to rival Genero's, he obviously is a legend. And of course, we have Anton, the winner of HK12. And Tiffany, who on a scale of 1-10 clearly comes in at a 9...
What!? No Louie from season 6? His signature dish was the absolute best in both presentation and taste. And his performance on opening night was so good, he got eliminated on the line. Gordon Ramsay was so stunned on the beautifully cooked proteins that even his voice cracked. Gordon Ramsay just couldn't let somebody this good win the competition.
He did when you actually think about it, do you want our hearts cuz he was the most entertainment, even though he's not that great of Chef I would shoot him over Russell and Sabrina
Lets not forget about Kenneth from Season 19. He managed to trick us all into believing a block of cheese was a potato. He also finished plating his dish 20 minutes before time was up, which shows how quick he would be in the kitchen.
Started watching this the day it was uploaded, and just now finished it. Kudos for being one of the only fools that day that genuinely tricked me. Bravo! (Also, double-kudos for writing up legitimate and informative reasons for why each chef was so “great”. Love the extra effort there.)
Two other mentions to add up to this list are: Sebastian (S11) Gaurav (S12) Sebastian for "Zacky Wacky" and coming back down to the kitchen twice before being threatened elimination. Gaurav for tasting the risotto with his fingers.
Raj is a Legend Chef that should've won. When he got called up from Gordon when he was never even nominated for Elimination got me in absolute Shock. He was just too Good at Cooking.
Obviously gotta be Melinda from Season 6. I mean she was one of the first to ever try and use her feminine wiles to charm the stubborn Ramsey. And despite those challenges during the signature dish challenge, she still emerged unscathed. But the real reason she should be on here is her unparalleled capellini cooking prowess! I mean look... look... LOOOOK!
Don’t forget Louie’s performance on the meat that night. Ramsey was so shocked by how the lamb turned out that he immediately declared Louie the winner of Season 6 on opening night
I love it. Obviously I was shocked to see Lacey, and then I understood, and it was brilliant. Also a great look at some of the most interesting chefs we've had!
There should be an honorable mention for Louie in Season 6. Gordon was so flabbergasted with how he cooked all the lamb that he made him the winner of the season on opening night service! Just look at all the lamb he cooked…look..LOOK…LOOK… Also, don’t forget Elliot from season 19. He stood around doing nothing (but in reality was like that Yakuza guy from The Simpsons) and humbly admitted that he wasn’t better than other chefs in that season.
Happy April Fool's Day to you, too, sir! But seriously, I love your vids and hope to see an ACTUAL top 5 greatest chefs list from you soon! Top 4 for me, in no particular order, are Alex, Meghan, Dave and Christina. Not sure who I'd have for my 5th, but Kevin, Danny, Will L., Paula and Jay (Blue Hair) are all honorable mentions for that spot.
I don't think this title fits the video, because all 5 of these chefs were actually pretty bad, but they were iconic. As such I think the title should be "Top 5 Most Iconic Chefs in Hell's Kitchen History" Edit: Someone can put me on r/woooosh if they want. Goddammit
I want to bring some light on the chefs from the newer seasons, like Kenneth from season 19 who was so good that he finished his signature dish 20 minutes before the time runs out, as well as Matthew from season 20 who was just an underdog, he lasted so long despite not being a chef. In the new season we have Tad Walters, who with his excellent cooking and quidditch skills stood out from everyone.
I’m very late to this but here are some honorable mentions Louie (Season 6) Joseph (Season 6) Matt (All seasons 4, 16, and 20) Elise (Season 9) Tom (Season 2) Antonia (Season 8) Tavon (Season 10) Kenneth (Season 19) You guys can name some more
"There's no debate that [Mark]'s Hell's Kitchen's most iconic chef with all his legendary moments only rivaled by Fabiola." I have not laughed that hard in a long time.
He had me in the first half, not gonna lie 😅 But seriously, you should actually do this kind of video! I think it'd be really interesting to hear your takes on the true best chefs to survive Gordon Ramsay :p
I will give Lacey credit, she at least had a good service or two. Josh never had one good service and made it to the black jackets. Hell even Matt did better than Josh and had one good service.
I swear all the insults Ramsey comes up with he should do stand-up once in awhile with stories from his time in the kitchen with the most incompetent chefs I can already imagine the packed house and sold-out shows
You should do casting videos from hell kitchen since I never see any video about them before and I have some ideas -Casting all Non-Black Jackets Seasons -Casting Heros vs Villains -Casting Runners Runs -Casting a Champion vs Contenders season And Casting Old School vs Middle School vs News School Season
In my opinion, Season 1’s winner Michael Wray is the greatest chef who appeared on Hell’s Kitchen, not only he won, he never got nominated to be eliminated
Here’s my top 5 best chefs to never win Hell’s Kitchen in my opinion. 5th, Paula DaSilva Season 5 4th, Will Lustberg Season 9 3rd, T Gregoire Season 14 2nd, Kevin Cottle Season 6 1st, Nick Bond Season 17(All Stars)
If you mean the fact that was given a line cook job instead of head chef, HELL YEAH! Also what Flynn said about Raj probably getting people into HK with how great he is is true. I saw the best of Raj video on the HK channel and thought of him as hilarious and then I became a Die-Hard fan
With me watching this in October, I genuinely thought that he meant the most impact and thought it weird that the name was GOATS, until I read the comments, and found out I missed the train. I should have caught on to it at the Mark one, but I thought he was joking as we all know Mark, and he was, just not the way I was thinking.
Lacey was so bad that Chef Ramsey didn’t even give her a ‘parting speech’ at the end of the episode like he always does and we didn’t even see her photo burst into flames either. What does that say about her?
Not because of the date but because of my mind, 10 seconds in and I understood your joke so you didn't fool me but well done video. I truly loved Josh and Raj to magnificent characters.
Amazing. Hillarious. One of the days best pranks IMO. This is one of those things, I can accept when it comes to april 1st. But with that being said, you do know, you need to make the actual video of the five best chefs on Hells Kitchen? Only, since there has been a lot of great ones, an amazing video would be, if you ranked either the 20 best, or ranking each and every chef who walked into HKs at one point.
“ When the going gets tough in the kitchen, a chef puts his head down and cooks. All Raj wanted to do was put his head in the freezer and that’s why his stay in Hell’s Kitchen was a short one.”
Guys, we all know Raj deserved to be number one, and that Gordon eliminated him purely based on jealousy.
- He made the moon appear while drunk
- His way of doing even the simplest things like cutting parsley and rolling a pizza dough were beyond human understanding.
LMFAO
Agree lol
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
YUP LOL
This comment 😂😂😂
Man, you really played this up so well. I'm amazed you managed to keep your composure while talking about these chefs. A brilliant April Fool's video!
The greatest chefs in Hell’s Kitchen know who they are. They can speak for themselves
Yessir Executive Chef Joseph
They ain't no bitch
Let it die
They are not no bitches
i really loved that season. but I think it can speak for itself
I was confused for a second, because Flynn normally posts on Sunday. Then I remembered it was April 1st, and got really excited
After all, it is called April fool's day for a reason
What about Matt from S4? He was a true culinarian, his exotic tartare was one of the best signature dishes in the show's history. He just didn't win because of his migraine, I think he was eliminated so he could watch out for his health, but he was way better than everyone else left in the competition
Facts, his exotic tartar was out of this world. Its flavor so boundless Ramsay's human tongue couldn't take it
Not to mention he knows where all the little supermarkets are
He had a good service that's the thing
He understands what Gordon is looking for
Josh is the real GOAT of Hell’s kitchen:
- He is the primary example of “How did this guy manage to get this far”
- He manage to pull it out with so many shit services
- His literal personal performances he could hide it with Rock carrying him. HE MADE ROCK CARRY HIM TO 5TH PLACE
- HE CANT COOK AND STILL MANAGE TO GET TO BLACK JACKET
- HE SINGLE HANDEDLY EXPLOITED THE RULES to get this far
- He even got roasted at the final service with Rock saying “Look bro , you just suck”.
- Also he give us one of the most memorable “elimination during service” moment. Gotta give him props to push Gordon buttons
He can also cook enough spaghetti to solve world hunger
Don't forget he's the master of cooking spaghettis for no reason even when someone's not ordering it
You had me so excited at the beginning. And even when you showed Lacey at the start, I thought you were talking about Danny. Really got me there Flynn. Nicely done
I forgot what day it was, and also had a chuckle when Lacey wondered in lol.
Where is Tavon? He is the true winner of Season 10. He is humble, a master of preparing scallops, and would never laugh at Chef Ramsay.
Hell, Ramsay had already chosen him from the start.
Legend says he still hasn’t fucking defrosted
You forgot that he’s an executive chef at 22!
“I can’t wait to see how he ranks Dave, Meagan, Nick, Christina and Danny.”
Oh right… April 1st…
How about Jason from season 4? His cooking skills were so spectacular that Gordon could only bang his head in disbelief. He took constant breaks and avoided working too hard, showing wisdom about his limits. Finally, he was so charismatic that he could insult women all day, yet have the hotties Corey and Christina beg him to take his clothes off. Truly a chef that participated in Hell’s Kitchen.
Can't forget Josh from Season 14. He was the man who invented the world's one and only Risotto Clock
Matt was way worse yet More hilarious than Jason
Chrissa was pretty legendary if I do say so myself. Blew us all away with her creativity by encrusting a chicken breast with ginger cookies. She also showed maturity by asking Chef if she can use the bathroom.
How could you forget the true GOAT Matthew from Season 20? From a shit sack in shrimp, to raw chicken, to raw lamb, and an attitude to rival Genero's, he obviously is a legend. And of course, we have Anton, the winner of HK12. And Tiffany, who on a scale of 1-10 clearly comes in at a 9...
Don't forget that Matthew worked at Buzzfeed
Yeah 😂
Roberts violin comment about Lacey gets me every time.
What!? No Louie from season 6?
His signature dish was the absolute best in both presentation and taste. And his performance on opening night was so good, he got eliminated on the line. Gordon Ramsay was so stunned on the beautifully cooked proteins that even his voice cracked. Gordon Ramsay just couldn't let somebody this good win the competition.
raj deserved to win season 8
I agree
He did when you actually think about it, do you want our hearts cuz he was the most entertainment, even though he's not that great of Chef I would shoot him over Russell and Sabrina
Not when he is a huge clusterfuck
Raj deserved to win every season.
It will be insufficient.
Lets not forget about Kenneth from Season 19. He managed to trick us all into believing a block of cheese was a potato. He also finished plating his dish 20 minutes before time was up, which shows how quick he would be in the kitchen.
You forgot Antonia, who’s gumbo was so good that Ramsey made everyone taste it!
Even Raj didn't like that gumbo( and he'd eat anything)
Honorable mention to Tavon. He really showed why he was Executive Chef by slicing all the scallops right before service.
Started watching this the day it was uploaded, and just now finished it. Kudos for being one of the only fools that day that genuinely tricked me. Bravo!
(Also, double-kudos for writing up legitimate and informative reasons for why each chef was so “great”. Love the extra effort there.)
Two other mentions to add up to this list are:
Sebastian (S11)
Gaurav (S12)
Sebastian for "Zacky Wacky" and coming back down to the kitchen twice before being threatened elimination.
Gaurav for tasting the risotto with his fingers.
Mike(Season 12) and Johnny(Season 16) also deserve to be mentionz
Raj is a Legend Chef that should've won. When he got called up from Gordon when he was never even nominated for Elimination got me in absolute Shock. He was just too Good at Cooking.
Obviously gotta be Melinda from Season 6. I mean she was one of the first to ever try and use her feminine wiles to charm the stubborn Ramsey. And despite those challenges during the signature dish challenge, she still emerged unscathed.

Don’t forget Louie’s performance on the meat that night. Ramsey was so shocked by how the lamb turned out that he immediately declared Louie the winner of Season 6 on opening night
Bruh, this list is messed up...#1 should be Alfredo Aldente, the puppet-in-crime for the immortal Gina Aloise from S11.
He even had his jacket hung and portrait burned and confessionals and everything!
Don't forget Jeremy too, he went on to win that stupid restaurant after all.
Nice way to troll someone during April Fool's Day.
Just look at all the lamb he cooked…look..LOOK…LOOK…

This was such a good harmless, April fool's prank.
Raj is the epitome of what a great chef should be. The Michelin Star has been changed to the RAJ STAR!!
You forgot Jeremy from season 11, he literally served up a sample plate.
Can’t believe my man Chris from season 10 wasn’t on this list. Dude was the GOAT of season 10
I’m very late to this but here are some honorable mentions
Louie (Season 6)
Joseph (Season 6)
Matt (All seasons 4, 16, and 20)
Elise (Season 9)
Tom (Season 2)
Antonia (Season 8)
Tavon (Season 10)
Kenneth (Season 19)
You guys can name some more
"There's no debate that [Mark]'s Hell's Kitchen's most iconic chef with all his legendary moments only rivaled by Fabiola."
I have not laughed that hard in a long time.
Tad and Tavon had join the chat.
When you think about it they really are the greatest chefs to walk in the competition because they brought the ratings boost
The only thing more humiliating than being the first to be booted
Is being eliminated before Raj. That’s long term mental damage
Love that you participated in April Fools Day! Was a little confused for a sec as soon as I seen the first chef 😂😂😂
6:50 it wouldve been funnier if you said "we love season 8 because the chefs this season are just so talented!"
Omg I didn't realize it was April fool's until way too late
He had me in the first half, not gonna lie 😅
But seriously, you should actually do this kind of video! I think it'd be really interesting to hear your takes on the true best chefs to survive Gordon Ramsay :p
Oh the moment I heard Lacey I knew it
Laughing uncontrollably because I’m a little tipsy. I normally only try to drink once a week…but I drink pretty heavily that once a week
As soon as he said Lacey I was like oh yeah April fools day
I will give Lacey credit, she at least had a good service or two. Josh never had one good service and made it to the black jackets. Hell even Matt did better than Josh and had one good service.
Number one knows who he is. He can speak for himself.
I swear all the insults Ramsey comes up with he should do stand-up once in awhile with stories from his time in the kitchen with the most incompetent chefs I can already imagine the packed house and sold-out shows
You should do casting videos from hell kitchen since I never see any video about them before and I have some ideas
-Casting all Non-Black Jackets Seasons
-Casting Heros vs Villains
-Casting Runners Runs
-Casting a Champion vs Contenders season
And Casting Old School vs Middle School vs News School Season
Happy to say one of those videos will be coming out next Thursday!!
The 20 minute Raj complication video on the HK RUclips channel was what made me want to watch HK.
Yep, this just proves why he's a legend!!
In my opinion, Season 1’s winner Michael Wray is the greatest chef who appeared on Hell’s Kitchen, not only he won, he never got nominated to be eliminated
Here’s my top 5 best chefs to never win Hell’s Kitchen in my opinion.
5th, Paula DaSilva Season 5
4th, Will Lustberg Season 9
3rd, T Gregoire Season 14
2nd, Kevin Cottle Season 6
1st, Nick Bond Season 17(All Stars)
I agree with most except Dave is number one in my opinion!
If you mean the fact that was given a line cook job instead of head chef, HELL YEAH!
Also what Flynn said about Raj probably getting people into HK with how great he is is true. I saw the best of Raj video on the HK channel and thought of him as hilarious and then I became a Die-Hard fan
@@davidmarch22 Yes! Raj got a lot of people into HK! I was already watching for three seasons by that point! Season 6 was the first season I ever saw!
I love how Flynn makes it sound like he picked the options for the best and then described how much they suck.
This is truly the list of all time.
How dare you say Raj wasn't that great a chef! He's an excellent poissoner. He's cooked thousands and thousands of fish!
And ate most of them too.
@@tmntfangirl4700A good chef always tastes their food. Hence why Raj is the best chef ever 😂😂😂
Best chef in hells kitchen knows who he is and can speak for himself.
With me watching this in October, I genuinely thought that he meant the most impact and thought it weird that the name was GOATS, until I read the comments, and found out I missed the train. I should have caught on to it at the Mark one, but I thought he was joking as we all know Mark, and he was, just not the way I was thinking.
Ooooooh I get it, good job, you actually caught me off guard
You had me. Especially since in other videos you talked all kinds of shot about them. I was extremely confused lol
The best chef can speak for himself. He knows who he is.
LOL!!!!!You really had me going for a minute!Great April Fools joke,Flynn!
I was so excited to see which would be the 5 chefs, until I saw Lacey and remembered what date it's today 😭😭😭
This was amazing! Great video! 😂
I was watching this ready to see Dave and Meghan and hearing Lacey's name out the gate hit me like a truck lmao
WOW!!!! You got us big time!!!!😂😂😅😅🎉🎉😊😊
i was genuinely confused about the title with the video and forgot it was april fools
I got all the way to number 3 before I realized what was going on, well played.
I felt like Jason from Season 4 was the greatest chef to ever set foot in the kitchen due to his comments.
Tbh, this can be the 5 greatest chefs in history, if you really think about it
I know its april fools but it actually makes sense in a way
Lacey had to be a plant by producers, i can’t imagine her working in even a fast food kitchen
Raj is like a video game character come to life. Like super mario odyssey when he goes to new york
This was such a a great April fools video nice work Flynn such a funny video
Amazing.
April 1st jokes will forever fly over my head. I always forget it's April 1st.
Wow!!! What an amazing list!!!!!! I never knew who would be #1, thank you
This is the Best April Fools video by far, such good
entertainment 😅
Also, Raj is the best. Thanks to him I’m an HK fan 🔥
Well played my friend, well played! Happy April Fools!
I don't think I've ever done a harder double take, this is an awesome April fools video 15/10!!!
Not gonna lie this was a pretty good prank. I don't know why I didn't expect this.
The best chefs know who they are, they can speak for themselves.
The best chef in HK history is obviously Tavon, I mean he went on to win season 10 after all!
The world wasn't ready for Raj's fish stock and personal techniques.
Happy April fools guys.
2 things:
1. Great April fools joke with the thumbnail and the video itself
2. Should’ve been a top 25 list video
Top 20 would be ok
missed opportunity at 3:48 -- was expecting a cut to ramsay screaming "GET OUT!!! GET OUT!!! EY YYEUU, LEEV THE JACKET AND GET OUTTTT!!"
I was like, ok maybe from a TV aspect. Then I remembered what day it was.
Was pretty sure I knew the date when it said 11 months ago but yeah
Not me getting recommended this video 5 months late and assuming it has to be an April fools joke with that first pick
Another Honorable Mention for greatest chefs would be Season 19 Elliott for doing absolutely nothing.
“ When the going gets tough in the kitchen, a chef puts his head down and cooks. All Raj wanted to do was put his head in the freezer and that’s why his stay in Hell’s Kitchen was a short one.”
Raj created the moon, and cooked thousands and thousands of pieces of salmon
Happy Late April Fools, chefs
It would be cool if there was a Hell’s kitchen season where it’s all the first boots coming back. Imagine Tavon and Sebastian on the same team too.
I personal believe Chrissa from season 14 should’ve won tbh
Or Michael or Monique!LOL!!!!!Or Danelle from season 11!
Ha! Very clever April Fool’s Joke! I respect you for that
Happy April Fools Day everyone!
Yooooo. I thought Matthew from Season 20 would be on here. No one could stick a meat thermometer in a chicken like he could. What a legend
Even chef Ramsey would say, "April Fool's you fucking doughnuts".
for me, seriously the best chef in hells kitchen is dave from season 6. The one arm bandit
Goated video
