2:57 I suppose you were wondering about the word "Brotaufstrich". It's a German word for "spread", the literal translation of which is "bread spread". Lotus Bakeries is a Belgian company, which may explain why the foreign word managed to sneak in there.
Fun fact (not really; more like spelling Nazi fact): apparently in the application on your phone, there's a shameless typo and it's recorded as "Brotsufstrich" in the barcodes database.
