You forgot tofu and vegan meats, you can get some with great macros, I eat 1500 calories a day and manage to get over 100g of vegan protein, for the amount of calories you eat it should be easy

The apple cider vinegar, without knowing the recipe, is likely to activate the baking soda (bicarbonate of soda) as it needs an acid to work. Unlike Baking Powder which has the acid cream of tartar already added. But honestly without the recipe I couldn't tell ya Matt.

Went Vegan recently, and it was one of the best things I ever did. Never felt better, satiation is insane, and whenever I have a 'cheat' type food, I taste it more, which is nice. That said, you get used to the fibre lol
For all you out there saying that milk isn't vegan; 1: everyone knows that you cabbages 2: It literally says 100% dairy free on the box so it's probably an alternate milk which is obvious unless none of you went to primary school and learnt to read.
So many of the restaurants in Folkestone sell vegan food - lubens do the best vegan pizzas, marleys, Dr legumes, planet earth kitchen, the harbour inn, the Pullman - honestly such great choice and so many more!
Fellow non-vegan here, I actually eat a brand of vegan sausage with my eggs for breakfast everyday, it's called "Tofurky". Macros are pretty solid, around 270 calories for 24g protein. With 2 whole eggs I get a solid 38g protein for 410 calories every breakfast. Obviously if you're vegan you can't eat it with the eggs, but if you're looking for a high-protein vegan alternative for breakfast I use their line of Italian sausages.

Yo Matt real stoked on you doing a vegan day of eating ! I Started bodybuilding on a 100% whole foods plantbased diet and haven't struggled to build muscle what so ever . I get 200g of protein a day too . And yes you do unintentionally increase your fibre but the majority of people aren't getting enough fibre anyways. At first you are none stop shitting but once your gut adjusts you feel fine , although you will notice you go to the bathroom more frequently which definitely ain't a bad thing ! But big up for this video man !

Hope you read this Matt. I have been subscribed for some time and like you vids. I think though that your audience would appreciate a serious fitness series like Guzman's summer shredding or Gillen's series. Something that shows what you do training wise and gives you a reason to push yourself. The benefit for you is you get to blow up your physique and gain loyalty for those that do the journey with you. Not saying cut for a show necessarily, you pick the challenge.I am sure you will think, thats what they do, not what I do. But, who says you cant do everything?
manav vashistha this “cheat day” isnt a massive binge. He’s probably more or less within his daily caloric needs I remember him saying he needs around 4-5k calories. He’s just changed his food choices not increased his calories by much. But I know others RUclipsers who have massive cheat days manage macros by fasting before and after cheat days also exercise to burn calories obv.
If you're worried about protein, check out Nemai Delgado. Nuts and chick peas / beans are so high protein, and your body really does learn how to process a lot of fibre as your gut microbiome changes. Also, OATLY for your vegan milk dude. P.s. this was awesome, I was vegan all throughout my weigh gain and ate 7-12k kcal / day due to extreme hunger (eating disorder recovery) and all "you can't gain weight on a vegan diet" and "you're not going to be able to get enough calories on a vegan diet" is ridiculous so thank you for proving a point.

I eat 140 grams of protein with only 1700 kcal (as a vegan, without a proteinshake). So 200 grams shouldn't be a problem with your amount of calories.

Yo Matt real stoked on you doing a vegan day of eating ! I Started bodybuilding on a 100% whole foods plantbased diet and haven't struggled to build muscle what so ever . I get 200g of protein a day too . And yes you do unintentionally increase your fibre but the majority of people aren't getting enough fibre anyways. At first you are none stop shitting but once your gut adjusts you feel fine , although you will notice you go to the bathroom more frequently which definitely ain't a bad thing !

Hope you read this Matt. I have been subscribed for some time and like you vids. I think though that your audience would appreciate a serious fitness series like Guzman's summer shredding or Gillen's series. Something that shows what you do training wise and gives you a reason to push yourself. The benefit for you is you get to blow up your physique and gain loyalty for those that do the journey with you. Not saying cut for a show necessarily, you pick the challenge.I am sure you will think, thats what they do, not what I do. But, who says you cant do everything?
How do you manage your macros after and before such a huge cheat day
manav vashistha this “cheat day” isnt a massive binge. He’s probably more or less within his daily caloric needs I remember him saying he needs around 4-5k calories. He’s just changed his food choices not increased his calories by much. But I know others RUclipsers who have massive cheat days manage macros by fasting before and after cheat days also exercise to burn calories obv.

If you're worried about protein, check out Nemai Delgado. Nuts and chick peas / beans are so high protein, and your body really does learn how to process a lot of fibre as your gut microbiome changes. Also, OATLY for your vegan milk dude.
P.s. this was awesome, I was vegan all throughout my weigh gain and ate 7-12k kcal / day due to extreme hunger (eating disorder recovery) and all "you can't gain weight on a vegan diet" and "you're not going to be able to get enough calories on a vegan diet" is ridiculous so thank you for proving a point.
