I reccomend to watch Boogle's guide on how to smoothly progress through Battle Cats, it helped me so much, it got me from ItF ch 1 to almost end of UL, which is pretty far
Stage idea, “legendary carnival” , you can probably guess that in the stage you fight all sol legend enemies and maybe a second one where you fight all UL legends, would probably have to make a whole new difficulty for that stage (impossible)

you have to beat all the chapters of stories of legends to be able to evolve them, and you need an elder cat fruit to evolve them all
