@@misa9166 having FL isnt necessarily bad, ableton is just considered better. I've tried using ableton, lol I didn't understand shit, but that's probably because I'm dumb.

That song is beautiful. This song seems to be more uplifting and emotional than your newer stuff, which is interesting as I've noticed that with my own music. I guess as you get older there's more to worry about, and 2020 was a pretty crap year anyway...

For not overcompressed sound, generally I push the limiter pretty high and once it starts to lose dynamics I bring it back a bit. Why not more dynamic master? Because of the perceived loudness - squashed sounds louder and I like loud :D Usually from - 8 to - 4 RMS

How did you get that sound at the end of the build up (around 7:11)? is it a low pass filter on the synths with an automation on the frequency? It sounded soooo nice!!!
6:15, I said the speed is being automated, but what I meant was that the speed + amount of the LFO was modulated. And there's a high pass filter going up and then at the end opening down
If you search the video there are all automatons on the screen (around when I duplicate the buildup)
