@@DrS357 brother the problem is that these beleifs were been imposed on indians just to end the civilization. The actual reason behind worshipping idols is that in ancient Vedic times , temples were used as schools and storing wealth. Initially only shivlings were used to propogate magnetic waves in all directions by the use of metals such as gold , source: you can watch on RUclips - 'string channel on idol worship'.
Then what happened is that due to multiple invasions our most of the ancient texts were burnt by invaders such as Library of nalanda and demolished education system due to which these misconceptions were being imposed by many hindu Preists just to protect culture in anyway possible because no education was their. Slowly it became a part of practice.

In ancient Vedic times shiv bramha and Vishnu were used as variables to depict various scientific terms just as we use F for force and E for energy.
At the very start Brahmins were the ones who did study and Research work, so there were many types of Brahmins such as vaishnavs- who studied about vibrations, shaivs- who studied about energy. Slowly these became god's just due to the acknowledgement of hindu Preists that refering these terms as god's will force people to believe in it and continue studying about veds and upnishads so as to protect the culture.
Moreover i believe that both islam and Hinduism are good in their own way and i don't want to disrespect any religion.
