Okay JM, how do I keep Edster alive when my opponent decides to down jab him like an alcoholic to a child
Do pierce and after they block the first hit immediately cancel it into oppose, from there you have a couple options: cancel oppose into Leap to catch a jump/backdash away from oppose, bring Zato-1 in to apply pressure and let oppose rip, or just cancel oppose and call eddie back to preserve your eddie gauge, you have to make them respect your options for example you could also do drunkard shade to send eddie behind them where they cannot 2p him.
Not a hitbox user (I really want one), but I've been making do on keyboard and I gotta say yeah the ones with the up inputs still suck haha. Prettysure as long as you hit the cardinal directions and end on the direction of the respective move you want, it comes out. e.g. hitting left-up-right/ 4,8,6 (I still like to buffer these behind another move tho)
As a fellow keyboard player, I gotta say I'm with you man.
I love you,thanks
On hitbox no I do not have an easier time. I was actually shocked that you could do the 684 and 486 ones without buffering. I have an idea for a technique to get it now that I know it's possible. I'll try it when I get home
To use it in neutral, don't you literally just have to whiff a fast light normal like p or k to use the up starting motions, literally just buffer it while you whiff 5p.
Edit: lmao one of the top comments beat me to it.
😶😶😶…THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! This helped out a lot lol.👊🏾
Thanks!
Yeah I just buffer it behind buttons. I do like the pseudo tiger knee technique
Great video. Now explain to me how to input a 1080P without jumping
Jump first, then do the input before you land. Not very useful but it works.
Thank you xoxo
It's a little easier on game pad with your thumb on a stick doing them like flicks
Can you kara cancel into the BTs starting with up?
in this behemoth typhoon I'm just wondering what's the application of instant air?
How many frames does the pre-jump takes?
I'm sure that Desk would perform all of them standing with no problem. Actually, why the hell is he not posting anything about this game?
Actually the up to down Half circles are possible to do with out jumping but the timing is weird
Can you do up to down while sprinting?
thank u
Seems like this char would be even harder with a hitbox.
It's fairly easy due to the input requirements not being so strict. You just roll your fingers across fast as you can and you can get it.
I can do it on my WASD setup as well despite it being even more difficult
@@HellecticMojo But Hitbox controllers have up/jump on your thumb making it feel unnatural
@@TheChilaxicle as I said, just piano/roll your fingers for most of it. The only motion you can't roll to do it is 684 or 486.
It beats doing it on a WASD like I'm doing.
i play on hitbox and raw 684 is still too hard for me. Gobou did raw 842 in tournament at redbull kumite without jumping but im pretty sure hes an alien or some kind of cyborg
Does this work on pad?
I can do the up ones without jumping but it has to be extremely fast
Nice
You can do the up-motions without jumping by removing the jump button and putting it on another button. Tough i wouldn't recommand it, except if you want to main Goldlewis
LMAO
How to do axl bomber loop on ps5 analog, it seems impossible.
Goldick only for true player who want challenge
Jump animations can be canceled for these moves
"Maybe this is easier on hitbox" XD.....no....absolutely not lol
in this behemoth typhoon it's not easier on hitbox
@@user-cj4fu8qq9b right tho. Shit makes me hands a jumbly
In this behemoth typhoon arcys show they can give real challenge to all players
@@Aripuni1 we gotta stop thinking everything is easier on hb. Only in games with shortcuts is it truly easier. GG doesn't have shortcuts, so we have to make all the dame true inputs as everyone else. The whole "cheatbox" thing is old hat.
I play on a pad and my thumb joint cannot take all this stress.
Yeah, as a pad player, I feel like this character is not meant for me. But then again, with practice and good technique anything is possible. I used to have trouble just doing the 632146 supers in GG games, but now they easy.
@@no_nameyouknow Yes, I was referring to the pressure on one's thumb joint - it just feels wrong after 5-6 Typhoons. Or is just that my hands aren't built for that motion on a pad.
keyboard player here . . . *cries
I thought these were really easy ngl
Ok, but how about the ones where you go down in the middle? I can’t seem to avoid jumping when I try to do these I think I’m doing something wrong guys
I feel bad for the keyboard players who are trying to main him
1:11 I always skip One Direction.
yeah i have this issue where he isnt allowed to play the game when hes vs more then half the cast
Sounds like you need to work on your defense and reads. No offense (hey that was a pun XD). He is a slow lumbering brawler, so you need to have solid defense and good reads to beat the faster characters.
