    I used to wake up a lot at night, it was driving me crazy. Since I started this simple breathing trick, everything got much better. Just breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds. I do it for a few minutes before bed, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for my sleep. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is struggling.

    Want to sleep like a baby? Just grab your insurance policy and start reading. Trust me, your brain will pick dreaming over all that boring fine print in no time, hahaha!...
    But seriously, having a relaxing bedtime routine can work wonders. Find what calms you down, whether it’s a warm bath, a good book, or some soothing music. Stick to it, and your body will get the hint that it’s time to unwind and get ready for sleep.
