Best explanation for VISUAL LEARNERS. Most videos here IGNORE visual learning and assume people have a clear understanding of topic without showing all key points in clear visual format. YOU ARE AWESOME!

@@BiochemistryNK ohh yes plz... charge of cysteine at ph 12
      my answer came ( - 2 )
      once again thnk you🙏

@@anjaligupta6180 I didn't get you well, do you mean the charge of cysteine (SH) alone is -2 at pH 12 ? if yes you need to check your answer again because the charge of a group can be either +1 or -1 or 0 and that of cysteine(SH) on pH 12 will be -1. Please refer to video that I made on your request to practice more and I sure It will helps to correct any misunderstanding :) ruclips.net/video/IQ6sSer3Ucg/видео.html

@@BiochemistryNK mam with all due respect... the answer for charge of cystiene at ph -12 comes out to be -2
this what it came when i solved it by your method.
n also this was the very answer in MIT university class test pdf i downloaded from the internet...!!
      thnk you.

my apologies for not understanding you well, i was talking about the charge of SH of cysteine and you were talking the charge of the whole amino acid of course it will be negative 2 because the ionizable groups will be (NH2, S-, COO- ).
