Trick for this game after you first shop upgrade fire your whole team then buy new crew members they will be better. then overhaul the equipment always overhaul unless repairing gives you the same stats

I don't think the XBOX version had Legend difficulty. I have the game and i don't remember. Unless it is unlocked that is.
