(Last Song They've Ever Sung) Song Of Summer - CEC | (Rocker Stage) Rockford, IL

- This was the LAST Chuck E. Cheese's Rocker Stage in existence. On the morning of 6/13/2022, it has be removed in place of a dance floor.
My story on what happened:
I drove out there (from NJ) on 6/12 with the knowledge that they were going to be removed the week after. However, I got there earlier than I thought, around 7 o'clock. I was planning on filming them on the morning of 6/13 and spending most of the day there. But since I was there so early, I decided to just go visit and then I'll film the next morning. When I got there is when I received the bad news.
I got to stay a few minutes after close to film this. This was the last song they have ever sung, and the last time they've ever been aired down.
It was truly an amazing stage and I am very happy I got to see it. I have never seen anything like it. It was an amazing (and the last) piece of CEC's and the Pizza Time Players history.
Some good news:
These animatronics and their stage was saved for a museum that is going to be down in Florida. People say that the museum is going to be called 'Super Chuck E.'. A few other stages, but not all, we're or are going to be saved. If a stage wasn't saved, then the animatronics were destroyed and thrown out.
It's funny how CEC doesn't care enough to keep these animatronics in their stores but also cares enough to put them in a museum.

@@DecayingRobots i seriously doubt it’s going to a museum. i’ll believe when there’s actually photos or proof of this. now it’s just he said she said until proven otherwise.
For anyone wandering what exactly is going on with the condition, the compressor is simply shut off. The movements that ARE functioning are simply running off the small amount of air left in the compressors tank.

The condition of these guys went down QUICK! Videos from a few weeks ago show them in good condition. I'm not a huge fan of this stage at all but it is a shame to see the final piece of PTT in public die out.
Just likely realizing that the compressor was shut off and any air left in it was going through the bots

If this is the last ever Rocker Stage, and this is the last perforance, then that would make this the last Rocker Stage Performance ever out of ANY and I mean ANY Rocker stage
That's right, I never thought about that. I feel very lucky to have been there for this. The store actuallyjust closed.
People were saying it was coming down around June 20th so I thought it still had some time. I was planning on seeing the stage and getting my video on June 13th. But I ended up getting there earlier on June 12th. So I went and thats when I found out it was coming down in the morning of the 13th before they opened.
With the air compressor turned off it looks like they’re literally clinging on to their last threads of life before somebody finally pulls the plug backstage.
Really sad to see this stage go, but I’m interested to know more about this museum they’re allegedly heading to...
Here's the most important piece of info about it:
It does not exist.
They look broken.
They are losing the air.
Why would this have to be their last song
I don't know. Now, everytime I hear this song, it reminds me of this.
Update: I was able to get a video of one of bots at this location being destroyed, aswell as pictures.
Great news: I was able to get PTT's cosmetics. Still seeing about Chucks newer ones! I'll try to search for a mech, don't really feel like buying that cheap-looking one from California robotics.

shame that their last show they barley worked. :(
I filmed this right after they closed. They shut stage down right after this show. I'm happy that the manager let me stay a few extra minutes after so I could film the last show they'll every play. Even the employees watched and took pictures.
I hope you guys enjoyed this and I really wish you guys could've seen this in person. It was an amazing stage and a the last piece of PTT history. Everyone is saying these got saved, but it is still sad.
Wheres the helen on the swing from ptt
I'm assuming they just got rid of it when they changed her cosmetics over. Maybe they didn't want to put work into making the newer Cyber sitting down on a swing.
I wondered the same thing too so that's what I came up with.
@@DecayingRobots One store, dont know which, had a very cursed looking half-body cyber helen (Newer version) on the older version's legs, on the swing, looking dead at the camera.
Anyway, this location came with a swing helen, I'm guessing it might've been one of those weird retrofits, however, my sources say that it was a PTT helen that looked weird, like the one from the famous location.
Update: I did some digging and apparently it was behind the stage for some time broken in half, it was removed though.

@@SD-MB-BB-CR Unfortunately, I do not do CEC content anymore. Especially after today. I was treated unpleasantly and I wish them good riddance. They'll be bankrupt in a few years anyway.
