- In this “More Than a Nickels Worth” series I travel to Liberty Kentucky to Humble Lamb Publishing’s studio to meet the top guy, Daniel Arroyo. It was an interesting drive and fascinating interview.

The owner was just like so many of us looking for the perfect Bible for Life. Nice
I love Daniel A. he's always so excited about the Word of most importantly you can feel his passion which is contagious whenever you deal with him or one of his amazing.... AMAZING BIBLE. 😍
I hope this video will help everyone better understand how unfair it is to ever compared this amazing Ministry Humble Lamb with other publishers who have already been out on the market now for a few decades. It's just not fair and this is something that I am very passionate about. I will go to bat for them every time until people start to understand this is wonderful new experience. Right here in this moment. Can you imagine the stories we ourselves will have about our Humble Lamb Bibles & this ministry 30- 40 years from now. I am blessed to say I have one of the very 1st Bibles hot off the press. And with each Bible that they work tirelessly on every single year they've literally jumped and have taken huge leaps & bounds there's nooooo baby steps here.
Thank you so much Tim Nickels for taking the time & drive to make this video possible. You know me I'm sharing it on my Socials 😉 I know my girls would love to hear how there beloved Humble Lamb Bible/s stared & than came to be.😍 love it!
Another amazing video. Love you my brother in Christ 💛🖤💛🖤
You are always so encouraging! Thank you.
GREAT INTERVIEW -- PUSHING ME CLOSER TO BUYING A HUMBLE LAMB!!!!
Thanks Tim, this was great! (The fastest 20 minutes of my day.) I'm so glad you're doing this series. My Humble Lamb Shepherd might be my favorite Bible!
I’ve had a blast with it! Thanks for the support.
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews I know am watching this over a year later but am so glad I did. It's great to hear your interview with Daniel. Truly wonderful to see the man who's the publisher of this company which is actually a positive for me to someday attain one of his bibles. Humble Lamb just tugged on my eyes & heart. I'm one of those who wants bigger fonts but it's out of necessity due to retinal challenges. Thank you again! Blessings to you and yours.
I love this gentleman's justification for expensive Bibles. I try only to buy premium Bibles, beginning when I was a semi-starving young man in college in the seventies. And in fact, my pocket Cambridge New Testament, which traveled daily in my business suit pocket and has been through two rebindings, still serves me. I have a couple of Kirkbride Bibles that are approaching fifty years old and still serve. l've had fellow Christians try and scold me for buying expensive Bibles, saying that I should buy a $20 Bible and give the rest of that money to the church. I counter with the question that when David and Solomon designed and built the Lord's temple, they didn't go to Wal Mart or Home Depot. I feel that the Lord's word deserves the best I can buy, and amortizing the cost of premium Bibles, the daily or annual cost ends up being very inexpensive. Like Tim says here, people will spend thousands on a set of speakers! Great interview and best wishes from Texas.
Thank you so much for this interview. My Humble Lamb Shepherd is my favorite Bible. I look forward to everything to come from this company. I think they are super innovative and think outside the box. They definitely bring something new to the table. :)
I have 6 Schuylers and an Allan Bible, and my Humble Lamb Bible is on its way!
Great interview. Love my Humble Lamb NKJV Shepherd.
I can’t wait to see the rest!
I’m from very rural Kentucky as well. Loved this.
This is so fascinating. Thank you Tim for doing this. I waited and waited here in 🇦🇺 for my beautiful NKJV Shepherd edge lined Sahara Blue. Now I know where it was sent from - way out in Kentucky I did see it on the tracking that it came from Kentucky but imagined something quite different. Can’t wait to see what’s coming from Humble Lamb next. 😍🙏👍
Great video interview! Thanks for sharing!
What an interesting interview Tim. Looking forward to part 2
Good work, I’m ready for the next installment!
You're stepping up brilliantly, Tim. Wowzer! Blessings and Congrats. 🌹🌹🌹🌹Thanx, Gentlemen.
Thank you!
Late to this by a year but I hadn't heard of Humble Lamb until recently and wanted to learn more about them. This is the kind of small business I'd like to support. I'm probably going to save up to buy a NKJV Shepherd Paste Off after listening to these interviews. (Edge lined is just a bit too far beyond my budget.) I have plenty of $20-$30 Bibles like Daniel says and they're all okay but they're not something I suspect will last for years to come. I have a $25 CSB that I just bought 3 months ago and it's already starting to fall apart from *casual* use. I want something that will last.
If you are going to buy a paste off you need to do it quickly, they are ending that line.
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews Thanks for the heads up, I will see what i can do!
Thank you very much for doing this Tim. Excellent interview. It’s great to hear the background story of how Humble Lamb came to be and how they are growing. I can really appreciate how a premium Bible enhances the reading experience. I bought my first Schuyler last fall and as a result I’m doing a 6 month reading plan to start the year, something I’ve never done before. BTW, I have a Lion, and a Shepherd which I also love reading from. The artwork is fantastic. Can’t wait to see what HL comes out with this fall. Looking forward to part 2 of the interview.
I had a great time! Thanks for commenting.
The typesetting, design, layout etc of the NKJV Shepherd is unparalleled I think in terms of beauty and readability. The ivory paper - not stark white - with the wider line spacing just sets the reading experience apart.
I have the yellow Humble Lamb bible.......I love it!!!!!!
This is inspiring me to print my own NLT
As a preacher having the verse in bold would be great!
I meant the Verse number. :)
That road looks pretty good. Better than some I drove on in Pike county KY. My in laws live there. It took me a while to get used to single lane roads on side of a Mountain.
Have multiple lambs look foward to the next project.
It would be interesting what color he chose for his family bible
Would the Publisher consider combining the quality of Bible to include a Study Aids?
Brother Tim will they print the NLT?
He was pretty tight lipped about the translations he was working on.
They should jump on the ASV for a translation release. No one else is. That’ll set them apart.
and it’s public domain.
What State is their publishing company?
Liberty, KY
Sorry - another comment! I’m beside myself with excitement - are they going to provide embossing of names?
It seems possible. They’ve just got to get some details worked out. You will see that on the third video. 😉

Why did he start Humble Lamb?
He started Humble Lamb 🐑 because the owner wanted a good Lifetime Bible for his enjoyment experience of getting into the Word.
Why Premium Bibles?
Any Bible will introduce you to God but one will assist you to enjoy the time spent with God in His Word.
