i was thinking if you had worms they would have finished them off earlier, then at the end you saw a bunch of worms!.... now keep adding food scraps, carbon scraps (cardboard, leaves, etc.) and you'll have a big worm farm right in your compost pile. I will try to introduce worms to my compost pile this spring.
Yeah, worms are great and help a lot. This garden bed was a little forgotten and now I am adding more organic material to revive it! The worms should be back with more food scraps for sure!
