I absolutely LOVE these gorgeous gals. They have the most amazingly beautiful voices. Hands down in my top 5 favorites of all time. We are lucky to have "real" music in this horrid time of auto tune thanks to these ladies. Maybe the future of music isn't so bleak after all.

I've been a fan for years,but lately they are taking their sound to a whole new level of amazing.

I'm a bit disappointed in the new album. 6 out 10 songs are good though and 3 are great. Stay Gold is my favorite album and The Lion's Roar second. Every track on Stay Gold is good -- 'Shattered and Hollow' and 'Waitress Song' are two of my all time favs by them. I actually like The Big Black and Blue more than Ruins as well. But maybe Ruins will grow on me more as I listen to it. I've just loved and listened to their other albums for years and love them so much they have become a high standard for me. First Aid Kit is one of my top 5 all time favorite bands so I hold them to a super high standard. And I love that Conor Oberst helped them get going because I've been a Bright Eyes fan since 2002 and Conor is my all time favorite artist.
One of the bands, that do not get worse over the years, but always a bit more amazing!

When I first discovered FAK it was The Lion's Roar on the radio at work, and I was just mesmerised and stood stock still for the entire song. The same thing happened when I first heard My Silver Lining and it happened yet again with Rebel Heart. They are just amazing. Cannot wait to see them in March for the third time!
This group would be a top act in the 70’s here in the USA. I am very knowledgeable about the music scene here in the U.S and I literally have never heard a single thing about First Aid Kit here in the USA until 4 days ago. I stumbled across them here on RUclips. They are phenomenal. They need to be on the scene here in America. The world needs more females who act like these two. Talent and class.

It must be the recording, but Clara's voice is a lot higher on the records, hear her live and it's deeper, and has a wonderful rich tone! This captures it a bit, but if you guys get the chance, go see them live!
