Maybe it's just me but. When car was listed in Atlanta's Copart it was a front end collision damage. Sooo I'm just trying to understand why you guys are dismantling the rear quarter panel. Was there more damage? Just asking???
because some pompous ass is paying him to make a surprise "custom" car. theyre not revealing the design because its most likely awful. vlad is doing his job well.
@@kj-cf2tx Yeah man. Vlad is the best in this field of work no doubt about that. But what gets me he said he's making a custom supercar. But the Super trofeo is a custom super car version of the LP570 Gallardo. Then what makes it worse, its a numbers car very rare. I can see a regular Lamborghini Gallardo LP570 or Even LP560-4. But not this car. As a automotive enthusiast is hurts to see this cut up but at the end of the day its their choice. Love the content tho.

I wonder if It's worth it to make such a big repair on this model by moneywise (No. 078/150, i know that is Super Trofeo edition). Maybe you know, in Europe... "everything is possible in Poland" where you can find excelent super car model, but maybe it can be repaired from 8 parts... Otherwise its epic to do it, when its all done and the "machine" is working :)
Got to admit it was tough watching this video, I think it made Ferruccio Lamborghini cry a little bit. But I'm sure it will be done right with you involved Vlad.

For no experience on the rear quarters to they came off famously! I hope you get to keep all of the old pieces. Perhaps for the labor of taking the parts off?

Vlad You folks should invest in the Reliable Automotive Equipment XPress 800 tools. This is the correct tool for working on vehicles assembled with self piercing rivets. That quarter panel job would have taken you 1/4 of the time and had a cleaner result. The tools are expensive but time is money and it is the factory approved methods of working with modern aluminum auto reconstruction that you do a lot of. I have nothing to do with RAE. I think this investment would be a great benefit to your buisness. I love your videos.

I see why you bought the super trofeo, it does look like a really good platform to build a custom super car on! Even with all the body panels removed it is strong as hell and I really cant wait to see the how the new custom body panel fit up and are attached. If you are going to build a custom super car, its the same amount of work to do it to a base model gallardo as it is to do it to a super trofeo, only difference is you end up with a way better car going with the trofeo. Is this car going to still be badged as a lamborghini when its done like a crazy lambo concept or something so custom you wouldnt want to put the lambo badges back on?

Interesting how with the huracan body panels just bolt on. Given how the rear quarter is welded on I reckon the torsional rigidity of the car is now massively reduced at the rear
