Kiyevi village belongs to Sumi land not Zeliang peren land. Asu Kiyevi came from Zunheboto and established a village at that time it was no mans land. At that time there were no land problem and only nowadays 2019 land dispute happened. Kiyevi was formed before nagaland statehood and peren district was also formed in 2004 then hows comes zeliang people claiming there land.

There is no man land in nagaland, every inch of land has its owner.
This all happened because of not satisfied with what they have and gone beyond other land for the expansion and claiming others land because of greed.
