No. The healing is not from your team. When the borisins are in moon rage, one of them when hitting your team, they will heal themselves. You can see their hp bar go up. Another will give your team bleed. Also, that heal is 9k so that would have instant heal your team if that's so.
Ironically funny how you didn't realize your March 7th is losing HP and did not regen even one bit. You didn't even paid attention to the game tutorial and not at all paid attention to enemies HP.
