Thank you... this is a wonderful piece. I was stuck in my literature review, I was finding it hard to plough through the drudge of litter in order to report factual prose after prose. This footage gave has given me hope and direction to proceed with my immunology based introduction (literature review). I agree what is the point of spewing out the same prose, a higher analysis of works is required!! Thank u

First off thank you Tara for an awesome video or should I say channel?
I first saw this video in a lecture on research methods for my first year undergrad degree (I'm a small fry in the academic world) but having aspirations to go into the world of academia after finishing my undergrad. You've given me some great insight into what to expect later down the track as well as some research tips that I will try to implement early on and hopefully master before reaching honours and post-grad.
    Keep up the amazing work,
    Adam
Ps totally haven't binge watched/listened to a number of vlogs while writing my assignments

Thank you Tara- This is extremely timely for the PGDip study course I am doing at present- all prep for the later work I am planning, and you have almost convinced me that a systematic review of EC learning/pedagogy papers may be the way to go about organizing and connecting the myriad of small studies I have found on my topic up to date.
If I heard you correctly, the ontology, epistemology and methodology used for making the point of each of these papers can be clearly identified to signpost the direction each takes and why it is useful in my own quest. Am I right in my understanding from this, that a straight literature review can be accommodated with headings in each chapter provided it is introduced, its relevance demonstrated and the whole seamlessly joined to the data I introduce in the chapter? Can a systematic review be relevantly divided up in this way as well? Cathy Jones.
