Back in the 80’s At one time I owned a 1958 Precision Bass then later a 1964 Jazz Bass with the head stock and body painted Lake Placid Blue! Being disabled both instruments were able to get me cars at different times. Wish I could have kept the Jazz bass. Norm at Norman Rare guitars said it went to the bassist for “Air Supply”! Better then a rich person that put it in his closet and never to be seen again! That Precision was without a doubt the best sounding Bass guitar ever!!!! If only!!!
