    Space presents a fantastic mystery to human life. Unfathomably large, with characteristics that defy our experience and understanding, the stars have perplexed and amazed humanity for our entire recorded history, and likely before. In the present, astrophysicists and astronomers are aggressively studying the universe in an attempt to solve critical scientific and philosophical questions. One of the primary tools for measurement and observation is imaging using cameras connected to powerful telescopes on Earth and in space. And although it's not the primary motivation for photographing space, beauty is one of the most intriguing byproducts. Images of space communicate the grandeur of the universe, and spark essential curiosities about what may be out there waiting for us once we make our way into the stars.

    I think I found it, but I can't link to it. Google Hubble + "Birth of Our Galaxy" and it should be the first result, released by ESA in 2002. It's actually an artist's conception, but based on observations of globular clusters and active galaxies.

    The Universe is amazing. The people that think this vast massive universe that is so big we cannot even imagine the concept is completely dead that we are the only life... most likely believe the world is flat. The one Government programs that should never be cut is NASA, most people have no idea of how many things we enjoy that came from he space research and development.

    What are the chances of all of this wonderful universe we live in just happening? That would be ridiculously impossible! What about our earth being at exactly the right distance from the sun 2 not scorch us or freeze us & staying exactly that distance for a few thousand years? Impossible! Without a creator that is..... what a mighty God we serve! And to think we were created in His own image!! Wow!

    It's actually the opposite of god he's talking about. He's talking about asking questions and digging for answers and gaining a bigger understanding about the universe he inhabits. Which is the opposite of stopping after the question of "Why does that galaxy look the way it does?" with the answer "God did it."

    At 6:00 the guy is talking about God wether He knows it or not. He sees this is all intelligent design. There is a story behind it all. Who Created all this? God

    • @Neutro1337
      @Neutro1337 7 лет назад

      God is a way for you to have an answer to where this all comes from. But this is a bad answer. No one knows if a supreme beeing put this all in place. It could be, but there is no more evidence of it than a giant 3 head cat did it. There are some things out of our understanding reach yet and we just have to accept it. Answers will come from science with time. So please dont insult our intelligence with this stupid "god" idea.

  • @Anabella1127
    @Anabella1127 11 лет назад

    I dont know what he actually meant by it, but when he says "meaning behind it" yeah.. it says a lot, as if the world didnt just happen by CHANCE and we're an accident, and the universe is utterly pointless.. no. He sees meaning, and substance behind, waaaay bigger than universe he inhabit, because obviously someone created it all.. & that entity had to be spaceless, timeless, and immaterial, and that is what God is. (: shalom!

  • @Anabella1127
    @Anabella1127 11 лет назад

    science and God coexist sweety. :) there is science, and thought in everything, use your brain some of the best known physicist, newton, einstein, were theist. its now in these times people stopped thinking, and just swallowing whatever stuff society feeds you without actually learning something yourself.

  • @Anabella1127
    @Anabella1127 11 лет назад

    what? I said intelligent design. He said there is a story behind it all, there is a story to God and what He did and how he created the universe he inhabits hun. Theist who believe in intelligent design dont stop at "God did it" because God is eternal, there is no much more to learn from Him, and the reason why things are the way they are and they show attributes to the character of God. saying "God did it" doesnt dimish anything. it doesnt make anything "smaller" for God is eternal..

    that says nothing to disprove the existence of God, and what is so wrong with believing in God? what has God ever done to you but allow you to exist? and if you believe God doesnt exist what exactly are you trying to disprove?
