I'm floored. The Pope used the same monad analogy that I've been using for years. I've never heard anyone else use it. (Of course, he's probably read Leibniz as I have. Still, we both used the concept of them being windowless and not affected by anything outside themselves to describe people's lack of connection, lack of awareness of others.) I would love to have a conversation with the Pope. It will never happen, but I'd love if it did.
You can try reading his encyclicals Evangelii Gaudium and Laudato Sí. Even though you will not be able to answer him, but you will be able to have one part of the conversation, listening to him. They are available at the Vatican's website. I feel the same as you and reading his words have provided me great comfort and encouragement to keep working.

@@ieBrazil Actually English is a partially latin language. It is a combination of Anglo Saxon, Ancient British, Norman French, Viking and Scots. The French influence is latin-based and is very evident in middle english literature and even in Shakespeare.

Year 2000..His intentions were good then but, since that speech Europe has gone down the drain. Especially Italy. With unemployment hitting 30% and an imaginable number of homeless. And all though they have socialized medical care, retirees can barely survive on 450 Euros a month.
Illegal emigration has saturated the land and crime is way above any level of security. What will a world of strangers be if you put them together in one pot when the pot is not big enough for those already in it? What will a world be if you insist to feed the poor when you have nothing to give. The only thing that comes to mind is confusion and poverty. Something that the Pope will never have to worry about it. A good deed is more then to distribute the Eucharist, to wash people's feet on Orthodox Easter and to read a speech written by someone else. He's good on talking about it and yet he shows no examples on feeding the poor or opening the Vatican doors for the homeless. He leaves the responsibility to governments and the only thing they are good about it is imposing taxes on the poor so they can enrich themselves..

The Pope was very bad tempered with a lady in the crowd the other day, he was very nasty to this lady who wanted to hold his hand.
She was grabbing and yanking at his hand, and she should have known better. He tapped her hand to try to get free, but has apologised for it.

He got it from the apostolic Church which baptized and conformed him in the faith. When he wrote the letters he was already in tune with the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to the Apostles. He was taught the proper way to celebrate the Lord’s Supper. When he wrote his letters, other Apostles and Disciples were also preaching and writing. It was until the 3rd century that the early Catholic Church, out of its apostolic authority and deposit faith, infallibly declared, which books were inspired to become the New Testament. All Christians know this. Any attack on the Catholic church makes Jesus a lier “I will will build my Church (not churches) the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” and the Holy Spirit “weak and absent”. Who founded your church?
