You couldn't be less wrong. The Novi Avion was developed with the help of Dassault Aviation and the engine was a Snecma M88. I mean, are you stupid enough to think Dassault "borrowed" the rafale design from Yugoslavia? 😂
@@alexandrejarnier906 yes it is all documented the French were shocked at the Yugoslavian Design. It was also documented that pilot could help operate the aircraft using his voice, a technology at the time that even Japan didn't have. Also at that time the fire control system on the yugoslav M-84 tank was the best in the world and absolutely obliviated the M1 Abrams in the Trials at Kuwait. Do a bit of digging and look into all this than get back to me.
@@MrLrs2 You have literally no idea what you're talking about. The Rafale was designed in the early 80's, and the first prototype took off before the Novi Avion was even designed, with the help of the French and Dassault itself, who used their own studies made for the Rafale to help Yugoslavia build their aircraft. Don't tell people to "do a bit of digging" when you're the one being so utterly clueless.
@jugurt7624 you literally have no idea what you are on about...Yugoslavia developed the Soko G2 in 1950 with over 100 sold to Lybia alone plus to Indonesia also and many other countries, development of the Super Galeb G4 commencing in th late 60's...both of these were sub sonic aircraft and the development of a supersonic domesticly producet fighter design resembling a single engine rafale was already on the table in the 70's. The Yugoslavs were only stupid enough to let in the dassal delegation in to see if they were interested in partnering up in the project,...who were utterly shocked by the single engine rafale design (ALL DOCUMENTED YOU GOOGLE MORON) took the design and run with it.
It literally won every single competition against the F35 in ever country both aircrafts competed. And if you still want other facts, Greece operates Rafales and will be operating F35s soon, just wait for what the pilots will say.
Totally different airplanes not of the same class and not doing the same things. F35 heavyier, not omnirole like the Rafale, asking for an enormous ground crew to be able to fly, and at this day at least 10 times more expensive to buy and make it fly... when consenting to fly,. In fact when the F35 will be really fully operationnal, chances are that flying war operations will be totally different, making it almost useless...
Till Mirage 2000. Every fighter was a war proven fighter. Then comes Rafale, an aircraft with 0 war experience but 100% hype as an advance technology. What on earth has just happened to people. There was time when an aircraft was judged on the basis of its combat experience and performance but now it’s just a red carpet show for the aircraft to get sold easily.
Because we know of what it is capable of ? Because dogfight have taken place against all other type of aircraft ? Those are western technology aircraft, not lying ruSSian or chinese, western technologies always does even better than announced, the exact opposite of totalitarian technologies...
@@avb4805 Ha Ha you called those wars? They were just little operations without any significant retaliation. Talk about wars like Gulf War, Afghan War, Vietnam War and Bosnia to some extent. Rafale hasn’t faced any capable adversaries in the air. It’s just a technological hype in order to get some buyers. Period.
care to elaborate? I suspect not. The US didn't invent jet engine. Supercruise was invented on Concorde (Anglo French plane). US also don't use and have litte experience in delta wings, canards etc... FYI the Rafale is ITAR free, meaning no use of US components and therefore not subject to US sales export restrictions. Rafale is 100% french designed and built - Rafale fighter was designed and built by french company Dassault which has been building and designing planes for a century. Dassault does its own avionics, like fly by wire as well as the creator of CATIA, a world leading CAD software suite. - Engines are designed and manufactured by Safran, a french company - Sensors and electronic warfare is built by Thales, french company - Weapons (Mica, Hammer, Scalp, Exocet, ASMP-A) are designed and manufactured by MBDA France (except Meteor which is jointly developped and built by France and other Euro nations - Ger, Ita, Swe and UK)

@@ShinoxSturmreiterDesTode fair enough
@@harryhanly1609 c'est celui qui vole en premier qui est copié par les autres, pas l'inverse 😉
The French "borrowed" the design for Rafale from Yugoslavia, it's an identical copy of their single engine design.
HAHAHAHA best joke ever, thank you...
But still cant compet with F35 American made
Your lack of knowledge is as hopeless as your opinion
It literally won every single competition against the F35 in ever country both aircrafts competed. And if you still want other facts, Greece operates Rafales and will be operating F35s soon, just wait for what the pilots will say.
The F35 beats them all.
If only it could fly.
German tech tho
LoL Sure France...LOL 😆
Your lack of knowledge is as hopeless as your opinion
Il est proven combat depuis des années! monsieur je ne sais rien.
What are you talking about ??! The rafale is combat proven, did u eard about lybia, Irak, Mali, etc... stop talking for nothing genius.
rentre dans ton pars terro
@@avb4805 Ha Ha you called those wars? They were just little operations without any significant retaliation. Talk about wars like Gulf War, Afghan War, Vietnam War and Bosnia to some extent. Rafale hasn’t faced any capable adversaries in the air. It’s just a technological hype in order to get some buyers. Period.
Very Important from the Indian Point of view.
They could have not done it without america
care to elaborate? I suspect not.
The US didn't invent jet engine. Supercruise was invented on Concorde (Anglo French plane). US also don't use and have litte experience in delta wings, canards etc...
FYI the Rafale is ITAR free, meaning no use of US components and therefore not subject to US sales export restrictions.
Rafale is 100% french designed and built
- Rafale fighter was designed and built by french company Dassault which has been building and designing planes for a century. Dassault does its own avionics, like fly by wire as well as the creator of CATIA, a world leading CAD software suite.
- Engines are designed and manufactured by Safran, a french company
- Sensors and electronic warfare is built by Thales, french company
- Weapons (Mica, Hammer, Scalp, Exocet, ASMP-A) are designed and manufactured by MBDA France
(except Meteor which is jointly developped and built by France and other Euro nations - Ger, Ita, Swe and UK)
FRENCH ARE NOT SLAVE LIKE YOU
Yr di sini untuk melihat lebih jelas no jobs at the end the beast of yang pernah saya ceo pada saat ini katanya di download dan lebih memilih menggunakan berbagai macam
Dude it’s not the most advanced 🙄
It’s a good aircraft but it’s nowhere near the F-22 and F-35
Drop your propaganda. Your own military prefer modernize f18 and f15 than f22 and f35.
Typical american brainwashed guy. Doesn't know nothing about what isn't american, but claiming "america's best". And you can be sure he isn't aware how much he is publicly embarrassing himself. LOL
Great documentary.
