Based on the fact that you're from Canada I'm going to guess that you didn't know that I meant through events like Children in Need and Comic Relief, which are yearly televised events here in the UK where all of the money that's raised gets given to the charities that it's raising money for. One of the events is for charity / kids hospitals in the UK though, I forget which one it is.
