Ari you're out of your depth here. This is not an "America" thing. It's a New York City thing and it is not easy to get a permit or purchase and own guns legally in New York City. Also Rygin King seemed to live in Florida and even if eligible, he would not have been able to get a permit not being NY/NYC resident.

If rygin live a florida and have gotten a license to own a gun in florida it probably says in bold this permit only valid in the state a florida , idk where exactly him live these days assuming florida but he has guns he cannot account for in the worse possible state for that

NYC has the second strongest gun laws in the country. Each states has there own gun laws ranging from full carriage to conceal carriage. Even if someone is a licensed gun holder, NYC is still prohibited from taking ur loaded gun. We wait and see the outcome of this legal court case he has a lawyer that was provided. Florida gun laws is different from Texas and New York.
