His accent is so unique, it’s like American/British/Nigerian
Tegan Munday he’s never lived in america but you can definitely here the influence I suppose from touring and being that America is a huge influence on the world musically etc .... but really he’s a Nigerian who was raised in London a lot of his youth so any accent outside of that is questionable 😂
There is no Nigerian accent specifically because different tribes have their accents but in southern Nigeria there is a centrist accent that’s the accent you see in most people who are middle class in Nigeria and went to proper schools like Burna boy but that centrist accent still depends on your leaning balance within the tribes you are around at school
@@akikiaovie many people I know from the South sound just like Burna.
I swear😍
Yea he stayed in UK for a while
He Deserves every inch of success he is getting.

❤️❤️❤️❤️
You're right brother but many of your country people don't like their follow African brother and sister most expecialy the way they search Nigeria in the airport is like they're enemies why are they after Nigeria like that is Nigeria the only country that corrupt American and European and Chinese are free of corruption right? That why your people as to butcher Nigeria people in the name of searching Also other African country too, why are you people Chanel the division of African everyday anyway that is the plan of our colonial master I know they didn't successeded to colonize Ethiopia physically but they control there and turn then again their brothers in Africa.
One love my Africa ppl❤️❤️💯

One day I am going to be in his music video. Much love from South Sudan 🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸
Burna’s mindset on educating, empowering, enlighten our people to look up and see your strength. In history class the teacher told us in junior high school that the people from Africa don’t like the black people from America and didn’t like that we’re called African Americans. Thank God Burna checked the Chocella marketing and promotion and investment team about down playing his impact in the music industry. A few days ago I saw he’s born on the same day as me. God I’m grateful that he’s the face for something I wanted to say about us coming together and know that are roots are from Africa. Ancestry. com just helped me know the country. Cameroon 🇨🇲 🇧🇯 🇹🇬
God bless you Burna for speaking about Angélique Kidjo! Long live the idols may they never be Rivals
The African Giant is an INCREDIBLE album. Dangote is a super inspirational song!! I'm here for it. One love!

30 people tried to download this video cos it's so good.. I guess they are the true Burna Boy fans 🥰
This guys did their homework. Actually took time to research him beyond the 'Grammy nominee' thing...
Schiz Eze it’s one thing to do ya homework and another thing to know what questions to ask and when to ask em. Homie on the left is a terrible interviewer...

Love this interview. The key is to do your homework before you interview Burna. And they did. He opened up easier because they were deep which he likes. 💯
Yeah that breakfast club interview was wack
I came here after the Breakfast Club interview he definitely opened up more, they were definitely better.
😁
Or maybe because they started with liquor 🥃 🤪
YES! I watched Burna on the Breakfast club and I was so annoyed with their ignorance. I see a big difference with him in this interview. Love to see it!

S C is it really? As an American it reminds me of how we’ll say “You feel me?”
Interesting...
S C yeah, I got that. Just never knew it was mainly a Nigerian thing...
It's not important for me but for everybody that knows....That's fire bru. Your songs force people to research and learn about our history as Africans. Big up to you for that

He has not been chilling.. he was just slept on..
@@imcoolerthanyouman facts... Burna been working long and hard, this is well deserved. don't get it twisted Burna far from chillen
@@imcoolerthanyouman I know he's been working, since I first heard his I like to party and Run My Race, slowly he has been in his own lane cultivating his sound, I mean chilling in the cut in the sense that he was not chasing fame but letting his work do the talking.

I still wonder why Africa can't Unit in this world yet we are the best amongst all even though they make our land to look like its full of poverty and disease👊👊👊👊
Do a song with Koffee...she is ur number one fan
Great interviewing skills guys- you gave Burna room to express himself. I watched an interview where they were not patient and borderline sarcastic.
Oh my! Burna Boy music is a fantastic journey that pulls at my original blueprint rhythm. I love it. It causes a freedom of non-distracted sight. It also with his voice and the musical beat stirs the sexiness. I cannot forget his background singer that complements him well.
I love Burna Boy and his originality. He is making us proud 💪💪💪

We're Coming
❤❤Yessssss INDEED!🔥
I enjoyed this interview. Burna was so relaxed and the guys asked good questions.
There was a lot of nervousness in the room, the interviewers were hearing things they hadn’t prepare to hear, do you understand?
😅🤣😅
Clement kusi very true I thought I was the only one that noticed it,the interviewers are a bit tensed
They did a phenomenal job of interviewing and being receptive to Burna's education
Burna boys music just sounds different from everyone
I love you and like you so much.
You are su ha good example of black cool nice. Talented black men
Burna made some sensitive points here, Dangote is officially the richest black man on earth and the number 57th richest man in the world. But in Nigeria there are so many guys way richer who hide and use several other men to hide the business they own.
But that's everywhere not just Nigeria
because someone stole the generations of the youth, you are proud of that. twisted relativity.
Burna loves to court danger 🧐😁
BOUNCEBACK ALWAYS word and they’ll never stop praising those thieves
☕☕☕☕☕🐸
My fellow Port Harcourt pikin. Much love and success to you brother. Keep fighting the good fight!
The interviewers were well informed. Burna Boy you're a wise man always!!!
Been waiting on this interview for a week now
Burna., I will have to tell you this! If no Nigeria is proud of you, I am very proud of you
This man represents Africa , big flex 💪🏽

@@kenneykobola8390 glad to know that.
@@kenneykobola8390 Even we Nigerians don't approve of your support, he represent Nigerians alone. Let's stop this African bullshit
The title of his album is AFRICAN GIANT. Not NIGERIAN GIANT. The man himself says at the beginning of this interview he's doing it for HIS PEOPLE, which includes all Africans, African Americans and melanated peoples all over the world.

I admire his wisdom and intellect 😍 😍, his vibe! 🥰🔥❤️. I'm the biggest fan, do'you understand? 😅
If you ask me .... Burna boy was referring to Dmx-Party up (Up in here) when he talked about the video in which a robbery took place and the wrong suspect "Dmx" was pursued...that is his favourite track with Dmx and Swizz beatz

Liked that analogy of the "elevator and stairs" 😉😉
That is some deep shit
💣💣💣💣💣
I've heard him say this once before in a photo shoot interview. So I know he means it.
We taking the Grammys Burna 🔥🔥🔥
The interviewers must have been so frustrated at points with him giving so many brief answers.. 😅 I can tell they kept wanting him to go deeper but then had to move on cos many of the answers didn't give much to unpack.. 🏃🏾♂️ But then at unexpected moments, he'd light up & get talking a lot, or suddenly drop some gems.. 💎 haha this is the level of surprising & unbothered I aspire to be by nonsense in the next decade tbh.. ⚡💣 - @Acharich
It's an African thing. Most of us, especially men, are taught not to talk a lot.
You got it all figured out... Lol
Just an authentic interview
loved it... great interviewers..... great artist....very organic
Burna highly blessed with wisdom!!
he made a point when he said there isn't suppose to be a Nigeria in the first place!! but Nigerians will turn deaf ears to that. what does he know anyways. Revolution is inevitable in Nigeria!!
