Terminal 5 (BA) is the most tolerable of them. Best thing about Heathrow is the well-connected and reasonably price hotels if you're stopping over especially from T4.
Legroom was 'phenomenal' as you were seated in an emergency exit row. Otherwise, even in the disgrace that passes for business class on BA these days, it is far from phenomenal. As for those silly snacks and the free coke, big deal.

in fact I wrote that I was sitting in the emergency row: better than the business legroom!
