Hi Rob. Ive watched a lot of these videos of you doing these Slash/rock blues repeating riffs and licks and I have to say what an awesome teacher you are. Many years ago, the 1st video/riffing of yours I watched took me 3months to conquer a 10 second piece but the style of it totally expanded my playing 100 fold. It was a defining EUREKA moment for me as a guitar player. It felt like being shown how to do a magic trick. I learnt more in your 5min video than I did in 15yrs playing previous. (You were in a dressing gown & pyjamas on a sofa inside a conservatory in the UK and you had cute puppy jumping around you as you were trying to play) 🤣 Anyway... my point is, I can never genuinely thank you enough for the things you taught me from that day on and I will always be grateful and in your debt. Much kudos to you Monkey Lord. ✌ Im sure myself and many many others appreciate you more than you realise. Keep doing the vids as I'm hungry for more inspiration in my quest to conquer the guitar world before I reach 60yrs old. 🤣🖖😎 Peace. Love & Rock n Roll. ✌
Do you have any tips for playing fast? I can play these licks no problem but I just cant play them fast enough. Been playing years and my hands have the speed of a cruise ship. Really frustrating.

I am curious if we are going to get a new ml3 semihollow soon? I'm about to pull the trigger on another Chapman (would be my third) but if there is going to be a new model soon, that would be epic! Same here, I have no problem playing them, but they sound so slow. It’s horrible.
Can you do that weird exotic long run up he does . Sounds so complicated. I just want to hear you play it ha ha. It’s some exotic scale
