    I am getting plenty of water from the dispenser but the ice maker just stopped. Its been about 5 days since it made any. Its a new filter and was working after the new filter was installed.

      @@Frigidaire I had the same problem. I also called the number listed above, and after a few prompts was told, "we're busy, please go online and watch the videos. Sorry for any inconvenience." No help at all.

      I'm having the same issue since we had a power outage. Called the number, all customer reps were busy, try later or go online. Talked to someone on Live chat, all they wanted was to send someone out in a week. The issue as far as I can see if the bailer arm is stuck in the up position. After some reason, I found there is a recall on many models of Frigidaire-Electrolux refrigerators. Who can tell me if this model is part of the recall?

    My top ice maker is working but not the bottom one. The valve and filter have been changed but still no ice.

    My ice machine stopped working and now the whole machine isn't working. What part could be broken?i think I'm being screwed by the technician and they won't tell me what part is on backorder.

    My ice tray will not come out of the freezer. The ice inside is all stuck together and unusable so I was trying to clean out the tray. Followed the instructions in the manual of just “lift up and remove” but it’s like the thing is stuck on something and won’t come out. I pull hard and yank my whole freeze. Obviously I don’t want to break the whole thing. It is annoying

    We get no ice. Thaw out the refer and ice maker and finally get ice. Well, a little bit anyway. One day later, it has frozen up again and no ice. Freezer set at 6 degrees and refer at 38 degrees. Repairman came from F and got it going and in 2 days, no ice.

      @@Frigidaire FYI I was on the phone to get repair service and waiting for a while when the robot suggested I use the NEW online scheduling service. I hung up and got the online schedule service form and filled it out. Now even though I have a 3 yr warranty, I was instructed to pay $99.00 or so to confirm the repair date/service. I figure it was worth an additional $100 just get this done but guess what! Your program got stuck "loading" and so after 5 minutes i gave up and called again. Now, I AM NOT COMPLAINING here just wanted you to know what happened when I tried the new scheduling service. I did finally get through and a repair scheduled.

      ​@@Frigidairewhy won't the ice drop into the ice bin? It's fully formed ice but its just sitting in the ice trey. It's brand new two days of use

      We hate to be a nuisance, but it is recommended to change your water filter approximately every 6 months for bet performance. :)

      Hi there! We are terribly sorry to learn your unit has not performed as designed and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Here are a few things to check:
      - If your refrigerator's display has been locked, it will not dispense water or ice. Press and hold the lock key on your display for 3 seconds to unlock it.
      - Make sure there is ice in the ice bin.
      - Make sure the refrigerator doors are completely closed when trying to dispense.
      - The dispenser paddle may have been pressed too long. The dispenser has a built-in device that shuts off after 3 minutes of continuous use to prevent the motor from overheating. To reset the shutoff device, simply release the dispenser paddle and then resume if needed.
      - It's possible that Ice may be jammed. Ice could have melted and frozen around the auger due to infrequent use, temperature fluctuations, and/or power outages. Remove the ice bin, thaw it, and empty its contents. Clean the ice bin (wipe or dry) and replace it in the proper position. When new ice is produced, the dispenser should operate. Additionally, ice may be jammed between the ice maker and the ice bin. Take out the ice bin completely and remove the ice cubes. Replace the bin, and the dispenser should operate. When removing or replacing the ice bin, avoid rotating the auger in the ice bin. If the auger is accidentally rotated, you must realign the auger by turning it in 45-degree turns until the ice bin fits into place. If the auger is not properly aligned, the refrigerator will not dispense ice and/or the door may not close properly.

    All of this is common sense. The icemaker still doesn't work. Turned the power off for 2 hours and reset the refrigerator and it made ice for one day then stopped again. This I believe is due to a defect in the icemaker and Frigidaire should illustrate a fix or replace it for free. A recall.
