Can you mention the name of the sim card provider who sends SIM card to my home country? 3:47 (time stamp.) I tried repeating that part of the video multiple times but I couldn’t figure it out. Please let me know. Thank you.
Hi your video is really informative but i have tried every way but i am not getting any accomodation. My current tenancy is about to terminate in 4 days and i havent found anything yet . My budget is between 1500-2000 pounds per month for 1 BHK or 2 BHK flat mostly in east or west london. From your video , you came across as persons who can help me in some way so it would be really helpful if you guys have any lead or agent contact number or number of real estate company. This can help me. Hoping to hear from you! Kind Regards
Hi Ashna, Sorry to hear that. Apmt search can be a little draining. If you have only 4 days, maybe you should book an airbnb/hotel for 1-2 weeks to give yourself more time to search. As far as agents go, like we said in the video, we contacted them through the numbers mentioned on the websites (like zoopla etc) for the properties that we liked (you should also leave msg with your no. So they can call you) and in every case they would call you back to discuss and you can set up a visit then. The more apmts you look at in person, the higher the chances of getting one. If you tell them your criteria and budget, these folks will also tell you the available options they have. As every property is linked to one agent (there are many in UK like kfh and many more), makes sense to choose the apmt online first and then contact via the stated numbers. All the very best!
Hi, majority of our audience is Indians, so many Initial videos are in Hindi + English basis their demand. But many recent videos are fully in English, do check them out.
Really informative video. It's actually an eye opener.. the process is not as easy as it appears at first. This makes it even more essential for me to seek agenuine advice from you both as I am a single mom of a 7 yrs old. Before I saw ur video, I had plan of joining university as a post graduate student, as I have received my CAS and have paid my fees deposit. But my course starts in 2nd week of sep and we r at aug 20th and i could not find a place to live. The same trouble like u rightly stated that no agent wants to get back to me even if I have shared my requirements and shortlisted house too. Now you suggest do you think i shoud even think of coming this year house as i have no house in hand yet or should i be moving in this year or defer my entry to next year as i am already late to find a home, considering i have a 7 yers old kid coming wid me. Also if i'll be a student i will have no income proof to sjow to landlordsas my father is taking care of all my expenses so what will he verify? If its ok with u harshita please share ur email so that i can connect with u to get more advice from you. Regards
Hi Aadya, Thanks for your kind comments. It can be a bit difficult for students especially because of the reasons you mentioned, but not impossible. Usually to save costs, students tend to look at shared apartments via openrent etc. in your case as you have a child, have you tried checking for university housing if that’s available, might be worthwhile to mention your case to your university asking for suggestions or any support with housing that they can provide. In the beginning, it’s always good to secure an airbnb or rented place for a few weeks while you search for a permanent place. You can dm us on Instagram (link in our channel banner), and we can discuss more. All the very best!
Anyways they share the price they are asking on these websites mentioned in the video so that is not influenced by the information you share later on. They have a price, then you make an offer on how much you want to pay and they choose from the offers they get from diff applicants
Harshita and Vivek, Nice vlog as always, as your vlogs are an amalgam of Urbanized Indian and western world. However, I wanted to get some of your views on professional life of an MBA graduate in Germany who does not have any technical related exposure such as IT or Engineering in his career. Hope you understood what I mean to say. Thanks you very much and keep making such interested vlogs please.
Hi Manuel, first of all thank you for watching and your nice comments. Definitely, I will keep your points. Maybe I can make a video about it. Few of my friends came from non Engineering background and ultimately did find a good job post MBA.
Hey guyz! This is the most informative video so far. I have activated the sim but unable to make calls or receive. WhatsApp is working though. Any tips on booking the viewing?
@@HarshitaVivekTalks thank you for the reassurance however so far I haven't managed online viewing. They are saying we prefer in person but I am extremely positive your tip will work. Once I entered UK number I am getting more email responses. Good going guyz

The problem is when you talk in your Launguage you think no one other than Indians live in the this planet. (Most what you said in hindi)

Should we tell our salary? Won't it raise their demands? Is it mandatory to share our offer letter with them?

Best idea I have heard so far. Can you give tips to activate the sim? I have followed all the steps but I am unable to place a call.
Maybe try another sim? Or check with their customer care.

Thanks a lot! We did call the agents through whatsapp and even had viewings via whatsapp calls. Many agents might be open to it 😊

Kya agents property rent ke liye brokerage charge krte h?
No, they don’t
very informative well done
Thank you!
Who arranges and pays for inventory check? And all these things are done when we move into sharing accommodation?
The agency/landlord whoever is renting the apmt. Not sure abt sharing apmts, could be possibly for room that you’d occupy
Very nice video! Where do you guys stay?
Thanks Tanvi. We have our Apartment Tour video also on the channel where we share more details along with the house tour, do give that a watch.
Job search video next?
Will try :)

Hi ! But BRP comes after 3 months of moving right !! So how will the landlord be able to check the BRP
No, you get your BRP in 10 days of arriving in the UK
