I just want to encourage you that you’re doing just fine. I don’t give much advice to people, but since you’re asking. I think inquiry and self reflection are so important. However, maybe re-reflecting or re-re-reflecting can be detrimental depending on the motivation. Take it with a grain of salt with someone who can barely watch old things where I might be embarrassed. Or even good things…. Video… I don’t know I think we’re naturally wired to judge ourselves in ways that aren’t helpful. Or maybe it is. I guess that’s where I would go. Is it worth your time and energy to re-examine what you share? I would argue that it’s not in general. Anywho. I’m going back to my hometown today, in the armpit of Texas. Family and friends and limited screen time. I want to wish you a happy holidays and a blessed new year. I hope your heart is doing okay. I hope you in there are doing alright.
