lol I laughed at the end when you acknowledged using words to express what words can’t. Leaving a comment of ‘yes’ as this resonates deeply, happy to come across you on my timeline

Be proud of yourself. You have documented your spiritual procress while observing your own reflections and remaining consistent on here. Which isn’t easy!!! Especially when you are receiving feedback all at the same time. You are doing incredibly well. ❤ keep going ❤

    Hey Jessie there,
I think you’re brilliant. I’m getting ready to travel this morning so I don’t have the proper time for a comment letter to you.
I just want to encourage you that you’re doing just fine. I don’t give much advice to people, but since you’re asking. I think inquiry and self reflection are so important. However, maybe re-reflecting or re-re-reflecting can be detrimental depending on the motivation. Take it with a grain of salt with someone who can barely watch old things where I might be embarrassed. Or even good things…. Video… I don’t know I think we’re naturally wired to judge ourselves in ways that aren’t helpful.
Or maybe it is. I guess that’s where I would go. Is it worth your time and energy to re-examine what you share? I would argue that it’s not in general.
Anywho. I’m going back to my hometown today, in the armpit of Texas. Family and friends and limited screen time. I want to wish you a happy holidays and a blessed new year. I hope your heart is doing okay. I hope you in there are doing alright. I’m rooting for you hard over here across the pond. I love you.
    A big warm Texas hug,
    Justin

      Hey Justin
Thanks man, I really appreciate your support and words of wisdom. I think you ask a great question, how valuable would it be. And it brought me back to trust, trust that I said what I said and it will teach who it reaches, for whatever reason. My intention is always for the highest benefit of all, and I must trust that.
      .thank you :))).
Happy happy holidays, hope you have a lovely time with your loved ones.
And your heart is warm too
      Jessie xxxx

are these two paradigms (old and new) something you perceive happening at large, or just something that's happening to/for you?
